Do you think soO can redeem himself or will he forever be cursed as King of Kongs?
One thing about Bunny that hasn't been discussed much is the fact that he has a very creative style of play, and he's not afraid of taking risks.
Case in point - that audacious build order in his debut for SHOUTCraft Kings (January). Who the hell goes 3 rax marines LOL
I think that's why his playstyle is difficult to describe, even during his normal macro games. You just can't pin him down, and I suspect that's why soO hasn't been able to suss him out. Bunny's like sOs in that regard.

Hehe, I make it my job to be able to predict players. Not to give it away or anything... but Bunny is super comfortable in a long, economic game. He prefers utilizing upgraded marines to higher-level tech like libs or banshees. He also tends to get +1 infantry weapons prior to +1 infantry armor, which signifies that he wants to attack sooner, getting the most effect out of his Marines. Behind this, his mineral income is insane due to his typical 3 OC builds -- he gets his third OC in-base but way sooner than his contemporaries at present.
The reason soO has a hard time killing Bunny? soO is a player that is known for getting the most out of small groups of units in small skirmishes. He loves baneling all-ins against Terran, and that sort of thing. Bunny is his achilles heel in that regard: he builds enough of an army to not die outright to anything. soO's style relies wholly on him doing damage early on and riding that to victory, in some way: his macro is great, but it's not god-tier like many Koreans. Does this mean soO doesn't have a chance? Not at all; but it will certainly be an uphill battle.
Ninjatoss wrote The hype of this Showmatch is really quite killing the hype for the aLive vs Solar showmatch haha
Yeah I wondered if that was it, or if the players maybe forgot to tell their fans lol. I know Solar has been playing an incredible number of games this week.

I'd like to elaborate and give my opinion on this. Having watched a lot of soO's streams and past games I think it's unfair to say a couple of these things. First off, soO has a history of doing all ins, but usually in extended series and rarely of the baneling variety. Now that he is preparing for TY you can almost guarantee that he'll be playing macro games as that helps him more for preparation. As to the comments about soO's macro, soO is one of the best macro players of all time. He has often lacked in finesee, favoring to bash his opponent over with ceaseless production gleaned from superior macro mechanics. Any one who watched him in 2014 can attest to this. His baneling control is superb in all matchups, but his greatest strength remains that he simply has more "stuff" than other Zergs. soO has been struggling against Terran, though, but Bunny looked abysmal in GSL. It seems to be pretty much a toss up and should be a very fun match.
