It is a map with Frank Herbert's Dune theme.
I played a few 1v1AI games and it feels nice. Couldn't test the cliffs with the destructible rocks on them. There could be some nice places for tanks, colosus, ravengers.
I wander what kind of modification it needs, to become a ladder map in the future.

First of all I wouldn't mess with the height tool. It does match the theme of your map, and creates nice dunes, but it can cause weird effects that can affect gameplay and generally isn't done. It's pretty mild, but I'd still avoid it.
The mineral lines are weird with too many close patches--try to match what you see on ladder maps. And gold bases typically only have 6 patches not 8.
The idea of having drop-able high ground covered with rocks is interesting, but I'm not sure it leads to good gameplay. It seems mostly like it could be abusive for terran against zergs especially with how many chokes there are on the map close of the high ground. At any rate the rocks should cover the entire high ground and only be on the high ground. As things are some of the rocks can be attacked by melee units from the low ground, and I think on some of the high ground areas you can actually drop units between the rocks.
As for the layout, the fact that you can shoot at the mineral line and gases of the naturals from the low ground with any ranged unit is problematic. And the pit in the middle of the map isn't symmetrical unlike the rest of the map. It should be.

Thanks for the tips!
I further reduced the dunes heights, so it doesn't interfere with the gameplay. The mineral patch are imported from a ladder map. Its just if you turn them, they turn individually, so you have to correct them 1 by 1.
It doesn't bother if the high ground destructibles ca be attacked with-out the high ground vision. I don't know if the terran can get to much advantage from them. It has to be tested.
I modified the access on one of the natural. But if you restrict it further, I'm afraid it can favor turtle play too much.
The pit in the middle is in shape of a Shai-Hulud, I would like to keep it. If it makes the access unbalanced, I will reduce the size.
