While figuring out the best way to wall off vs Zerg i realised Neon Violet Square LE's natural configuration is "1 tile" off compared to the Original TLMC edition. This may seem insignificant but it affects the number of buildings required to have a proper wall off. In other words: Achieving a solid wall off with least amount of buildings. (especially in the early game)
Both cases below on both Original and LE are with least amount of buildings for solid wall off with 3 (3x3 tile)
Fact: Pylons in the wall offs are ugly and weak
Both upper right of 3x3tile's tip (Gateway) is against outer corner of rocks - but no unit including zerglings can go through
Fact: Normal tip to tip placement of normal buildings, small units such as workers/zerglings/zealots can still go through but other bigger sized units like stalkers cannot

Tip to Tip with rocks - however it is an air-tight wall. When zerglings attack the rocks they seem to be pushed closer into the "gap" but do not squeeze through
At least 1 tile "Choke Point" meaning only 1 zergling attacking on properly positioned HOLD position unit at a time
NEON VIOLET SQUARE LE - v0.2 Uploaded by BLIZZARD
Exactly same placement gateway against outer corner of rocks - same no units including zerglings can go through
No 1 tile "Choke Point" meaning 2-4 zerglings can attack HOLD position unit at a time and start kissing probes if you don't pay attention
It is exactly the same issue on the other spawn point on Neon Violet Square. "1 tile off" mirrored on the other side.
May seem insignificant but early game ling floods can be game ending. Shield battery can't work if lings run past it. Of course pylon or shield batteries can be placed beside to create a "Choke" however main point is in the difference between Original and LE maps.
Anyone encountered any other differences between Original and Blizzard released LE maps in the current map pool?
