Hi SC2 Player. Today i am going to review a couple of existing android SC2 Build Order tools for you. Hope that would be interesting.
Why do we need tools at all? Well, if you are trying to become a better player, you need to learn. And there are a lot of staff on Play Market which might help us to get more wins!
StarCraft 2 Build Player
https://play.google.com/store/search?q=starcraft 2 build&c=apps
Really cool app which use Google text to speech API to tell you when and what to do during the match. Despite the fact that this tool has possibility to add new build orders, tool can't help you optimize your build orders - you need to specify when and what you would like to do.
Latest update - 28 august 2013.
---
SC2 Build Timer
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=danghiskhan.sc2_build_timer
This is also build player tool which can help you to master some builds. A number of supported build orders is low and UI to add new build orders is not user friendly but still tool can be handy while learning new builds.
Updated 4 december 2013.

SC2 BuildMaker
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sc2toolslab.sc2bmfree
This tool focused more on crafting build orders. It support cool UI with full in-game economic model emulation. You only need to choose your next step like get SCV or build Refinery and tool will determine closest possible point in time when you can build this item. It is perfect for optimizing your build orders.
After latest update which happened 8 april 2015 tool contains almost 80 build orders from ImbaBuilds.com and TeamLiquid.com which make it a good build order library.
Tool has both Free and Paid version. The only restriction of free version is that you allowed to use tool only for 1 faction and add-on (WOL, HOTS). LOTV support is also promised in next releases.
One disadvantage of this tool is that it does not have build Player functionality but this feature is also promised in next release.

Build Order Buddy
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appventure.build.order.buddy.lite
This is also build player tool and it has same advantages and disadvantages as other build players. UI to add new builds is not user friendly. It is hard to manage builds using this tool. This tool seems to be no longer supported since latest update was done 3 december 2011.

GGBuilds
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ggbuildspro.ryan.turner
This is just a library of build orders. It has a lot of actual builds so might be very helpful.
Latest update 24 july 2014.

Thank you for this, I was looking around for this yesterday and wasn't sure which one to get. Which one do you suggest?

SC2 BuildMaker is the best one for sure! And developers promise to add Play build functionality and LOTV support in next release!
It has Free version - link is in my post. The only restriction of free version is you can use just one faction and Add-on.

What's the point of knowing 100 build order when most people can't even do one okay?

I agree that there is no point in using such tools for people how don't interested in learning SC2. But i don't think that we have such people on TeamLiquid. The fact that people came here already mean that they want to improve. And this is when such tools become useful.
Do you players know any other tools which might compare with SC2 BuildMaker.

It is available for Full version. It seems that Free version was not yet updated.
In Full version when you open click on any build, you will see Play button in buttons list in the bottom of the screen.

I like this tool (got the pro version too), but the app's clock is a bit slow, and loses a couple of seconds each minute compared to the SC2's clock. I've reported the issue, but they deny it happens.. is it something that bugs me only?

Do you have some specific example? Playing as terran with build player I don't see any issues with clock.

This is what I do: I select "Legacy of the Void" configuration and game speed "Faster" in the app. Since the app is configured to start at 00:12 of the build order, I wait for it, then start it, and verify that both clocks are in sync (at least at the beginning)
When SC2 marks 5:00 minutes, the app marks 4:49, so that seems to show that the app's timer is around 2 seconds per minute slower than the real game. I was also able to verify in another test that there were actually around 2 seconds of delay carried over each minute.
My phone is a Nexus 5X (not rooted), always updated, and with no other apps running during the test.
