I wanted to get in some practice shooting inanimate objects using my 50mm lens. I was just messing about mainly to make photos for my Poupee-girl (a Japanese fashion sharing network.) profile.
I've just become addicted to those DIY sewing kits you can find in some gift shops here. I used to sew using my machine very heavily during university and made some of my own clothes/remade other items. I don't have a machine here so hand sewing little projects is the closest I can get for now.
I made the little clouds and elephant over the last couple of days. I'm also going to use this thread to post any other photos of my sewing projects. I'm not sure if anyone on TL would admit to being able to sew well, but I find it kind of relaxing.
Enjoy~

[EDIT] Batch #2:
I spent all day at work making these. Why are they so effing addictive?
Spent a few minutes to google the books on your desk. Wow, never knew NeverGG is a fan of Haruma (I love that album, too!) and some Taiwanese soap operas.
-edit, ashamed I didn't recognize Mizuna Kuwabara's iLegends at the first sight >< I assume you might be a bit slash-oriented but didn't know you went this far.

I'm a huge yaoi fan, wonder if you want to talk about it privately. >_<
I love buying photobooks. Although they're almost as expensive as they are to import minus the shipping fees of course. They're useful for my photography and I'm also a sucker for gorgeous art work. Do you consider that series to be 'yaoi'? I think it's borderline tbh. I bought it purely for the artwork though and it definitely didn't disappoint. I've also been reading the scanlations. It's a pretty good series.

Her name = Yaoi to me, haha....
Off topic, are Japanese yaoi comic/novel popular in Korea? Lots of publication? Easy to buy at every book store? I saw yours are Korean translated version, looks neat.

There was one big bookstore in Jonggak with a massive section of yaoi books, but they've scaled back all their comics so it's much smaller now. You can buy them in most big bookstores along with most other genres. I'm only currently collecting artbooks by people like Kazuya Minekura, plus Kuroshitsuji (Korean editions because they're way cheaper.) and anything related to Hetalia. Manga translated into Korean is so cheap here - a normal edition is about 4,000won.
Here's the sewing tutorial for Konadora, p53 and Lilsusie. It's for making this charming little fellow;
#1: Introduction and supplies; #2: Patterns and cutting out pieces: #3: Decoration and introduction of running stitch; #4: Running Stitch technique for decoration; #5: Stitching shut the charm; #6: Finished item and sewing kit essentials;
Cecil reminds me of the Final Fantasy 4 character.... but his penis does definitely not look like that. Although judging from the tight pants and uncomfortable lump, his sperm count has gotta be pretty low.
