I am just having trouble believing that all hell will break lose for if you don't get 50 dollars. I'm not exactly Mr. Moneybags either, but the numbers you are mentioning can't possibly match the tragedy of your situation.

i understand you in past my parents had finantial problems and struggled hard to honor our debts Do your college have a tolerance time after the estabilished limit? Being in college i believe you can try some Student finantial Aid, or at least some comprehension so they can wait a bit till those ppl pay your mother.

Look up temporary labor in your phone book, or look for a place called Labor Ready. If you want to be guaranteed a job for the day you have to show up at like 5 am. Wear work clothes and maybe bring a lunch and something to drink and thats all you need. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Day_labor http://www.laborready.com/Page.aspx?nid=17 This is assuming you're in the US...not sure how other countries work.

You need to go somewhere else and start a life there. The only way you will be able to break out of the cycle is if you first go out and settle down first. Once you make an income you can help your mom. I feel that you need to be free from this to focus as a student. May I ask, how did this all arise? The debts, people owing your mom money, and your dad just not doing anything?

I feel that you need to be free from this to focus as a student. May I ask, how did this all arise? The debts, people owing your mom money, and your dad just not doing anything? So my parents had a fight last night, and it turned out my mom had been in debts since years ago, and now she's making the same damn mistakes again. Dad was so tired of his wife that he stopped caring. I think the recent debts started when some guy bought a lot of stuffs from her and kept delaying the payment. Those wasn't HER goods though, I think she borrowed money from people to buy them. As you said, it's a circle and I really need to get out and start a new life. But how? I don't even have money to buy gas to travel now. I'm searching for a job everywhere, but it isn't looking very promising. To everyone else: yes I'm living in Vietnam.

at least take from this that you need your own job, even if it's shitty, and that you need to get your own savings account that your parents cant touch

I know countless people here in the US that finished college, can't find a job right now and is at least $100,000 in debt. keep the hopes up and look for a way out, opportunities tends to pop up unexpectedly. Being $100k in debt is just irresponsible. There's no reason to have that much debt coming out of college.

It's not just tuition man. You have to pay rent for your apartment, electric bill, gas, books, food which after paying for tuition is close to the amount he said. My school's expected amount every year is 21k so his statement stands correct.

How much is $50? give us a relative figure here? If it's like $50 USD, people on TL.net can just donate it to you.

First thing I'm doing when I have my first kis is immediately getting one of those school bonds, the ones which lock in tuition rates for your child's future schooling. What are those called? As for the OP I honestly feel you. I currently have a hold on my student account because I owe $200. My Dad will probably help me out, but I honestly feel bad he has too. I'm almost 21 years old and I should have a steady job... Don't give up though. Life gets better. Hopefully someone here would be kind enough to send you the money. I wish I could I don't have a paypal or anything =/
