We are currently working on some trivia related products and I'm finding it tough to come by Starcraft trivia so I figured we'd hold a competition.
If you reply to this blog with a piece of trivia that we use in the product, you will go in the running to win either an iPhone 5, iPad 2 or Samsung Galaxy S2 (you get to choose). I will only give away one of the devices to one person and I will randomly generate a number to choose the winner.
To make things easier for you, this is the type of trivia we are looking for: - It has a one line question - It has a multiple choice answer (A, B, C, D) - please let us know what the answer is! - It is related to Starcraft 2 or BW (either the game or esports) - Bonus points for a question based on a picture. - You can enter more than once.
If you have any questions, please let me know and I will update this post.

BW has over a decade of history man. Not that hard, especially when a lot of the forum vets are posting content. I could post some SC2 stuff too, but most of it is fresh so its not as easy getting trick questions. You don't want to ask stuff that is totally obscure. It has to have some significance! Semantics man. It's a poorly constructed question. What do you think the SL stands for? If anything he should put which league. -.-
I'm pretty sure the right name for what you call GSL was Gom TV Classic. In MSL it stands for Starcraft League (same as in GSL). So I guess you could mess up with MSL, but that would not change the answer I believe. Anyway, he's perfectly right, words have a meaning and this Starleague thing is a pretty well-known fact. I have posted plenty of 'trap' questions and I'm well aware of what people called the OSL considering it was the first major league and people placed more emphasis on it, still you pointed it out yourself when you said MSL and that's the main point of the problem, hence it's better to add the full thing opposed to not. I edited several questions to be more precise as a result. Still, you will find many trap questions in here that don't have such an issue.

MSL stands for "Star League" (not "Starcraft League"), while OSL is "Starleague".
Precisely. Hence the confusion. You should be able to read these questions out loud with no problems. If this were trivial pursuit, people would have a field day with that one.
