Drinking age in Singapore is 18, we don't go quite as insane by the 21st :p Ah, fair. Most people stop mentioning which birthday it is after hitting legal drinking age. I'd probably have had a better time of it if I'd had time to eat more that day. I mostly had energy drinks and chips because of mechanical issues with my Bradley. Greasy hot wings don't always sit well as the only food all day anyways. I would have gotten stuck with less drinks, but the waitress kept matching the shots my 2 friends ordered for me. I think if I'd been coherent, I could have made something of that. Never had the waitress pay to get me drunk before that.

I have dandruff too but only if i don't shower for a day or two, which is almost never Wait, how would that make it a bad news thread? Little red transformers for life, man. Just not 5 of them with 10-12 mixed drinks at a party on a cold night, sitting next to a fire pit wearing a leather jacket with a fur lined collar. I forgot how to pee, which is awkward with that much liquor, and spent several hours staring at the fire and nuzzling my collar with my cheek. Luckily, the people who could recognize the symptoms as not being alcohol related didn't exactly have room to talk.

If you still want to get rid of the flaky itchy head 100% I suggest you give a certain shampoo a try. It's called T-GEL (by Neutrogena) which is a coal-tar treatment shampoo. Make sure it's the clear bottle one nothing else is as good. "Dandruff" is a blanket term, which includes both of those conditions. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/dandruff/DS00456/DSECTION=causes

I've got Psoriasis as well, but if you pick up T-GEL be prepared to smear the thickest nastiest feeling soquid on your head. Hahaha. I don't know what happened to my scalp condition, it just really hasn't given me problems and I don't think I've done anything better/worse now or then.

I don't have dandruff, but I have crohn's disease, and any time that flares and I have to watch what I eat, it fucking kills me. I'm from Texas, so I grew up on spicy Tex-mex, spicy, greasy BBQ... yeah. Not being able to eat delicious stuff for a medical reason blows. No matter what, I have to avoid Thai peppers now, but most of the time I'm good for most of it. Although spicy food on your 21st is a terrible idea. I still remember losing 30 wings all over the side of my buddy's car at 70MPH after a bunch of Sam Adams, and two each 3 wisemen and 4 horsemen. Wow. I'm in somewhat of a same situation, though much less serious. My family has a long history of diabetes that's been recorded in every generation. I won't be able to consume any significant amount of sugar in about five years. To the OP: Congratulations! Any particular foods that are regulars in your family's diet? My girlfriend's father was at risk for diabetes and it turns out that it can be caused by the tons of white rice some Asians ingest. He switched over the brown rice and voila, problem solved.

Most people at least read the content of the OP, instead of just the title. If a multivitamin is screwing the OP over, his body is already out of whack.

I pretty much eat vitamins/omega3 everyday though so perhaps that helps factor into it :p, but congratulations. I know how much of a pain it can be, and when it was bad I used to do the same thing as you in the middle of class and just dust it off in the bathroom(not because of itch but because of appearance). It only really gets itchy for me when it's hot (not even sweating, just heat).

I used to have some dandruff when I was in high school but it went away. It's amazing what having a well balanced diet can do for you! I'd expect Crohn's disease to be worse than most cases of diabetes. I know a guy who had his life expectancy drastically reduced after being diagnosed. However, there have been people who have far outlived any doctor's expectancy. I hope you are not in a bad situation in that regard.
