How do you cope with this?
What are your tips to studying? Specially math since it's really not facts but just, yeah calculation and problem solving.
How do I avoid procrastination?

Mathematics is mostly about effort and concentration. People who are competitive tend to excel at it as long as the pace is fairly low, because when you're in class, you don't get distracted as easily. That's why it was easy for me. I never fooled around in class, so I picked up things quickly, and I also worked at a faster pace, finishing the assignments quicker. However, when I started high school, that was not enough anymore. I had to study at home occasionally to keep up with the pace. Anyway, although the courses get progressively harder, mathematics D in the swedish high school is where it gets really hard. If you're reading that course, try to find ways to put in some extra effort, because that course is the foundation for university level mathematics.

If you can do it you understand it. If you don't understand, look through your notes and do more problems.
