on a unrelated note the recently theater released film documentary about the-catcher-in-the-rye writer "Salinger" features a whole bunch of my drawings / artworks they commissioned for the film, really cool.

Edit: Haha I must be quite weird since that's really the first thing that jumped to my face, but so few people mention it. Still a very nice painting

Edit: Haha I must be quite weird since that's really the first thing that jumped to my face, but so few people mention it. Still a very nice painting it has nothing to do with my own judgement of my work. The title is simply youtube marketing 101, videos with positive adjectives in general gets more views. Same-thing with videos with bright, high contrast thumbnails. It's just part of the strategy in the partner playbook, an actual playbook they sent me. When I won the partner contest some youtube marketing specialist looked over my channel and recommended this and other practices. It's mostly to attract new viewers, that's all, since the title and thumb is the only thing the average person go by when decide whether or not to click on a video. I personally always find way too many thing in my drawing/videos that I don't like, like why didn't I do this part better, or not rushing that part, and it's always afterwards when its too late to change anything, especially with videos, where the best you can do is change the final result.

T_T It is back! ye, youtube has this built in tool to make certain changes like brightness/contrast/stability etc..apparently you can only do it while views are less than 10,000, then it locks the video. So I was playing around with it, testing out different settings when the video so happen to cross 10,000 views, left it at an overly bright setting that I can't revert back lol. oh well, it's back.
