It started when I was young, our family didn't have much money so we never ate out and I was a super picky eater, when we would have dinner and I didn't like it my mom would always say "well then fix yourself a PB&J but you still have to eat your veggies" I hated vegetables .
So in elementary school I brought lunch and since I was picky it was always PB&J (JIF crunchy PB and Strawberry jelly) and this was true all the way through high school.
College we fell off, we were just a bit separated and I had lots of other options. After college I started working and since I am a cheapskate I bring my lunch. I did the frozen lunch's some and did deli meats as well, but something was missing. Eventually I found my way back to PB&J and so once again everyday I eat PB&J for lunch

Not cut? Cut into rectangles? Cut into triangles?
I am a no cut guy, that was a picture I found on google.
Good stuff! I used to work nights and would just leave a loaf of bread and jars of pb&j in my locker :D I think I'll pick up some tomorrow (I might be out of everything currently)
no cut.
pb, honey & banana is pretty good and pb + cheese works.
Jelly... or jam is the question? I don't know the difference, but people seem to like jam better for some reason that I'm too lazy to look up.
When I was in track, my coach would always tell us to drink chocolate milk, pbj sandwiches, and vegetables. I had so much pbj in track and packed it for school lunch, I just got sick of it. If I had one now, I don't know if it would taste good or if I would grimace in the taste.

It all has to do with the fruit content. Jelly is just the juice, combined with pectin, which transforms the juice into the jelly substance. Jam is the whole fruit that gets crushed and some pectin (not as much as jelly). Because of the less pectin content, Jam is much easier to spread and since it has more of the actual fruit it is at least hypothetically better for you.
Why does the world hate me? What have I done to deserve this cruel fate? I am doomed to never know the taste of a PB&J, forever scorned by the nut butter gods. Curse the antibodies that chain me to this eternal prison, for I.... I....... am allergic to peanuts.
