What kind of anger are we talking about here though? Like serious anger? I can understand getting a bit annoyed with friends let's say who offrace and cheese like mad, that's all in good fun. But real anger though? It seems like you are taking the game too seriously.

Some people have a tendency to get violent when they get angry. More evolved people do that very seldom...

Just don't take it too seriously, it's a game after all and exists to be enjoyed.

More evolved people do that very seldom... literally. I didn't though because my parents would have been pissed. I tend to get quite violent when I get angry, but I sitll have a little bit self control to not pwn my house

if you lost a game because you faced a stronger opponent and he rolled you, just realise that he IS a better player and better players usually beat weaker ones. theres no shame in losing to someone that is better than you. i think you are putting too much value in this game. its just for fun, if you lose its not a big deal. theres always more games later on and time to improve your game, you need to start having fun playing this game and not being dependant on winning it

You only should have won if you saw everything and reacted properly (ie throwing down cannons). well I wanted to try to cut corners. You know how progamers do the very minimum to fend off vs attacks right? That's all I was trying to do :/

That's all I was trying to do :/ In that case it's definitely not a case where you 'should have won' lol. In my opinion, a 'should have won' situation is one where you have a confidence level that it was your game at least as strong as: I've been in this exact situation before and dealt with it np on multiple occasions, and this guy is no better than those other opponents. It wasn't the same situation if you trying out crap like cutting in order to get better.

I should have won->I tried to take a more clear advantage and not overcannon myself->I lost and got pissed at myself for losing by not having enough cannons

Tonight was expensive but this is why I got all the points. To buy series vs top level players. And I scored a few wins vs them so I'm proud of myself there. When you look at it this way, a mistake which cost you points like the one you described here shouldn't bother you as much (I realize it isn't necessarily points that you are worrying about, but this mindset could allow for less of a mental blow when you lose due to mistakes)

Also I just realized, I haven't watched porn in about 2 weeks....lol Is there any way I can stop this feeling from coming again and again? I can get these "dark side" urges at least 5 times a day(can't mastruabate 5 times a day either) Well I think you could masturbate five times a day if you wanted I dont often lift weights, but when I do it helps relieve stress. Something about chemicals being created while exercising that helps relieve stress, I believe. As far as trying to stop feeling that way as often, just do what you would do to block out bad thoughts of other types. I know when I start to think negatively I try to avoid doing so - think about something that makes you happy. Maybe if you want to keep it starcraft related, watch some old reps of yourself or other people that you loved. Or watch a VOD. Or read tlnet and all the hilarious stuff on here
