Although my pattern is bad it's fine with me imo. took the test on the other page Your Results Your score : 12 Based on your results, you may be at risk for mild to moderate insomnia. I do this all the time to avoid jet lag and I'm well adjusted to the new sleep pattern after only 1 night. It works every time for me.

You'll want to take a nap, but resist the urge and it will force you back into a normal sleep schedule. I do this all the time to avoid jet lag and I'm well adjusted to the new sleep pattern after only 1 night. It works every time for me. I've done this in the past. However, something I found is that you have to be very careful not to overshoot. For example, if you are normally up 3pm-6am every day and want to do a normal schedule, then make sure you only continue to stay up past 6am until about 4-5 pm otherwise you might oversleep the following day ._.
