Nal_rA will stop commentating on MBCGame and will become a teacher in the Seoul Institute of the Arts, where he will be teaching progaming-related stuff such as introduction to e-sports, gaming, scheduling and marketing. He will start his new career in 2010. Source: Fomos
Oh wow that sounds really cool. Sad he won't be commentating anymore but I wish him good luck wit his new career
NAL_RA WILL DESTROY TEACH EVERYONE IN 2010
Should be interesting to know the career contents..

Wow that's a cool move by nal_rA. I was kinda wishing he would get back into the whole progaming scene though. Judging from some of his interviews from the Heritage League matches, it sounded like he was strongly considering of returning.

Good for him. Many former players struggle to reintegrate into a "normal" life. Any clue if he has any teaching degree?
Wow man, he would be teaching all his mind tactics which is fucking incredible! Is there anyway we can export him here?
Can you go to school and still have enough practice time to become a progammer?
He is probably the best teacher possible.

That's pretty cool, but I thought he loved commentating? I guess teaching isn't so bad, it'll be pretty cool to have him as a teacher.

I believe he's exempt cause of his ridiculously poor vision. Not quite sure on this though. But hell yea, eSports 101 ftw taught by Kang Min. People must be flocking to take his classes.
While I think this is totally awesome, not only for him but for the sport in general, I will dearly miss Mr. rA. =( Oh well, I guess you can't expect him to be around forever, like Boxer.
filling my paper work now to go to soul....
best news i've heard all week.good for him.
wow, thats great news! go Nal_Ra !

That's awesome, and I'm tremendously happy for him, but I'm going to miss hearing his voice as a commentator.

I wonder if I can transfer there x.x
*transfers to Seoul Institute of the Arts*
23899138123598312920 times better than Berkeley's SC class
KANG MIN YEA, best mentor ever, humble, badass and as nice as chocolate ice-cream with DT's SC2, maybes? (he's thinking about the next progammers) I'm heading to korean tonitez to sign up!

isnt Nal_Ra one of those who would be a great coach? Always felt like he has a great understanding of the game.
Oh damn...I'll miss him commentating, but on the other hand this is totally awesome. Good luck Kang Min, the first progamer I ever watched "live" (on da interwebs vs Boxer)
And I was just getting used to his zany antics during commentaries. However, I wish him well in his teaching career.

I wouldn't be surprised if he wrote the occasional analysis article for MBCgame, or even started a commentating class.
Great news. I never understand what he was commentating anyways.
Holy shit this class is going to be packed.
Seoul TL ppl shuold get in this class, video tape it. and TL sub team will get hell of a work to do.

All the more reason for him to be the premiere teacher of SC in an actual academic setting.
Yeah I don't see anyone else doing this except nalra. boxer would make a good player association president. but nalra can pull off the teacher role
hahaha that's awesome gonna miss his commentating though (even though i can only understand a little bit of korean)
Well it's finally time to go back to Korea.
Wow this is so awesome! KANG MIN! <3

Yay Nal_rA! Hopefully he'll be a good teacher. He looks like a patient guy by his commentary...seeing as how he can wait forever for the other guys to stop talking for his turn. Good luck to him, I suppose.

wow that sucks,
Sad loss for us, but im very happy hes doing well Is this Institute very well know? Dont know about SK, but it appears to be very important.
E-Sport 101! its a good thing i suppose that he's finding more ways to promote E-Sports outside of TV, he's bringing it to a school!
Is it just me or does Nal_ra have violet lips???? Don't tell anyone, but we may have a protoss among us. !!!!!

It's these kinds of news that I like to read the most and yet, why does this make me so sad?
Pretty cool. nal_rA vs nimue 1v1 now!
massive influx of foreigners to seoul to learn korean SC inc I truely hope he succeeds once more
lmao student walk in like wtf nalra? statsis'd
Wow, well I think thats awesome that he'll be a teacher (how many gosu ex-progamers are teachers?). -> Nal_rA's class ftw
My god, my favorite Protoss became a teacher? That's awesome!
Who's filling Nal_rA's spot? But really cool, Nal_rA looks smart, and you can sense that he was very good in school from a first impression.

What's his vision? I think if mine is as bad I can dodge military too haha..
Well, i think its time for me to apply at the Seoul Institute of the Arts now...
Kang Min.... MBC won't be the same without him.
he'll contribute much more as a teacher than an announcer ever could best move possible for nalra imo
That's crazy. I was sad when I read he was leaving commentating, but then slightly reassured when he was teaching eSPORTs related stuff. GL Kang Min! :D
Professor Nal rA, hehe, nice.
i wonder if he will come to berkeley to teach. hahaha
nice move for the future of esports nal ra teaching~~
So does this seal the deal about his return to being a progamer? Or will he have more time to practice SC as a teacher rather than a commentator... Edit: Any interesting netizen comments :O?
Nal_rA, continuing to school noobs 2010.

It figures that Kang Min would be the one using his skills and breaking out of the industry, rather than being stuck in the insular world of the Korean BW scene.
Yup, only Kang Min can be this creative with his match-up, Progamer vs Age Now, i'm pretty sure Kingdom would make a good teacher too...
Wonder if that class is going to get booked out
is awesome 32236 Posts
I will miss his crazy shouting in MBC ;(
ah i really wanted him to be back as a progamer....

Gosh, Nal_rA is a cool guy
Ah. Both sad and great news. Sad that I won't even be able to listen to my all time favourite players casting anymore. Glad to hear he is moving on and up though. Good for him. Don't suppose NeverGG or someone could get him a card with well wishes from the TL crowd? I think that'd be a really awesome farewell from the starcraft scene for such a great and influential player. Kang Min fighting!
Truly the Dreamer toss... Although I'm sad I can't hear him commentate, at least he's still doing good stuff for e-sports~

He didn't destroy shit no matter how you try to interpret it. Unless we count Effort as his proxy, but even Effort didn't really achieve anything big besides that badass winning streak he had going for a little bit.
