BSL4 has been going on for 4 months. A bit long, but the main assumption was to reduce the luck factor / bad day to a minimum and give players reason to train for. I think it worked. It was really hard work but now it's time for the finals, from over 250 players who took part in the tournament, we've selected the best 16 here they are:
Players who advanced to Groups Stage: Basket nr 1 1. Dewalt 2. Avi-Love 3. Cryoc 4. eOnzErG 5. LancerX 6. Kare 7. Dandy 8. UltrA

Rules: Two baskets: 1. TOP 1-8 Players 2. TOP 9-16 Players [4 draws from Basket1 each for 1 group, 4 draws from Basket2, 4 draws from B1, 4 draws from B2]
Groups system: 1. P1 vs P2 2. P3 vs P4 3. W1 vs W2 -> RO8 4. L1 vs L2 5. L3 vs W4 -> RO8 All games bo3

Hey ZZZero, Hatchet, Foxhan, Caspas and all other sponsors/organizers. Im happy to have played in such a great league although my performance was a bit disappointing. Hoping there is a BSL5 in future also Thank you so much guys.
I see a lot of people asking who I am etc. I was not very good before SC2 came out. I always thought I had pretty good mechanics, but I never spent enough time in the game to actually have good decision making and strategy. I think I made it to C+ max on iCCup. After I quit SC2 in 2013(because it wasn't balanced at all), I thought I would play some BW again. Using what I had learned about RTS in SC2, combined with watching Sea's stream, I actually got into the game quickly and found that I finally understood the game pretty well. Been playing on and off since then.

Got it, thx. Now in “stream” era, it’s very easy to learn and improve through watching gosu’s fpv :-) Did you practice Flash’s 1-1-1 a lot? It’s really cool TvZ strategy.
1-1-1 It is a really solid strategy. I think Flash started using it because ASL maps are really bad for a normal playstyle, and zergs have gotten really good at late game ZvT, so even players like Flash and Last are not confident in their ability to win with regular consistancy if the game goes too long. Using the 1-1-1 builds to finish a game at 10 minutes is a nice way to bypass it. These are only my thoughts though, I may be wrong ofc.
