Yea =D I think a big part of what was missing in BW was in depth coverage and reporting of the Chinese scene. You only ever heard about a few major tournaments and I feel like a lot got lost in translation.
If we can help bring the chinese scene closer to us, it might help bring the chinese players closer to foreign players and get them more involved, etc~~

The one very interesting thing is this separation has caused some really cool stuff from China. Their players do things you don't see on other servers or in different ways.
I was watching a Lovecd replay today (he was playing MKP) and I noticed his vision he had created with pylon placement throughout the game.
The scary part is he started this pylon layout over 10 in game minutes before that screenshot. If I am correct (this is just a suspicion) I think he had every pylon throughout the entire game mapped out 0_O!

Ok I just got the schedule for the casting, and it's going to take me some time to decipher, as soon as I do, I'll put the info in this thread.
Until then get hyped cause this starts REALLY soon!

Curious for the level of chinese players, wonder if they can matchup to the Korean players, never seen any of these players playing.

They wrecked all the Koreans besides MC in the StarsWar 6 Tournament

My money is on Lovecd, his play and creative thinking is just leagues ahead of everyone else i have seen sans MC and Kiwikaki.

Nop, sometimes during peak hours it starts lagging hard, but this has only happened twice thus far. And FARRRRRRR less latency then Korea.

Because right now I don't think they seem to care about tournaments outside of China (besides Blizzcon) really it seems. StarsWar was a Chinese tournament.
I'm working with getting all the Chinese teams into the iCCup Korean Weekly, and we have World Elite (WE) already committed. Hopefully that's just the start of getting the Chinese more out and about with non Chinese tournaments !

The Chinese community has been saying that protoss is for sure, without a doubt, the strongest race in star2. Let's see what comes out of these qualifiers to show why. SO excited to watch now. Thanks for the coverage diamond

I hope in a few years there will be this huge offline LAN tournament held called the ICCup LAN or something and it takes place only once a year and is held in a different country/continent each year kind of like the World Cup.
