Paul –David Pagé aka ‘Slush’ is a Zerg player from Canada representing Root Gaming. Slush is a former Counter Strike pro and is one of few non-RTS players having huge success in Starcraft II. He has played consistently since release, placing top in various tournaments and placing 2nd twice in the GosuCoaching Weekly tournaments and 2nd in the EG Master’s Cup.
Slush’s style is a very unique style as he prefers to focus on gaining tech advantages over his opponent. Slush plays low economy while using high-tech aggressive play. He’s also seen to have great multitasking capabilities and is not afraid to mislead others who are making assumptions based on the current meta-game.
Strong mechanics, a unique style and good understanding of mind games make Slush an extremely dangerous player. We welcome him into the North American Star League.
yeah sorry about the misspelling i was exhausted and i didnt want to go look for the correct stuff, anyway. If you can try to advertise slush i dont think he is as advertised as catz and drewbie. @ apocalypse i totally i agree, i watched his livestream for the first time today and i was like, "I better pray for the people he plays". I watched like 5 games and he only lost one, and he got cheesed so yeah.
Ill sign up aswell, i watched him for the first time when he was playing kiwikaki and imo was giving him a good run for his money, i think he's really good
Just wanted to give a shout out to slush for playing extremely well in MLG Columbus. I was very sad when it came to the point that only slush or idra could advance, nevertheless great job on a 5th (?) place finish.
1. become B-teamer of good team 2. do well at event and outperform teammates 3. WIN THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF FANS AROUND THE WORLD!
Slush did brilliantly in MLG, and there's a good chance he'll get the offer to go to Code A...I doubt he'll go but I'd still love to see it! Sign me up, even though this is a pinnacle of bandwagoning seeming as he just did so well.
Sign me up on here but the bio is wrong, he did play counterstrike BUT was a very good BW player even back in 2001. Was in xDs team with a few known player. slush is old school. he didnt start starcraft with sc2. I think he lives in montreal and is french canadian.
This is a interview from him at a lan in 2001 in montreal
He did win that event after the interview. got 100$
finally! guy deserved this so much earlier! became a fan after the TL invitational US(with the Artosis drama but who cares) and since been a fan of the underdog from Root
How long until people acknowledge that this guy is one of a handful of foreigners capable of consistently beating Koreans.
In this MLG alone he took a series against Trickster, a game off DRG (could have taken it sans 6pool) and took Liquid'Hero to the wire.
How long until this guy stope being such an underrated player in the sc2 scene? Would love to see him and KiwiKaki go to Korea though. They both could handle it.

I completely agree with this. He is arguably one of the top foreigns right now, and practically nobody knows him. I watch him stream all the time, and he is a really dominate player. I just wish he would get some of the credit he deserves. SLush fighting.
Definately sign me up, probably most underrated player in the world (srs) every MLG everyone's talking about Idra, Sen, Sheth and Ret even though Slush is pretty much always on par/above them on leaderboards lol. Don't get me wrong I like all those guys too but it just blows my mind howSlush manages to perform so well and still remain under the radar.
Keep repping Quebec Slush and gl with your sc goals in 2011
Was that Slush streaming tonight? I saw him on the Live streams list, but am in a motel and my shitty connection wouldn't let me tune in. Haven't seen him stream in some time, and now it looks like it may not have been him?
If they update this fan club at all, then I will be glad to frequent it! Slush is one of the best players in NA, IMO. He carried Reign to back to back wins against strong Koreans in TSL. What a boss.
