Yes, i'm very very very happy with how my life is going. although i was very happy with life before hand. i had (and still have) many friends and a very life before i ever became a caster and moved to korea. I did not expect my life to end up as it has. I actually took up the broadcasting gig at WCG Singapore 2005 because i wanted to see progamers play live and study their hotkey usage. i obviously knew it was a big opportunity and i took it very seriously. it has paid off well.

I noticed that your commentary seems to have improved a lot since the GSI. Do you prepare for commentating in any way beforehand? And if so, how and for how long?

I have gained more respect for War3, Todd and Technoboy have given me advice on MSN. however it's still a very very simple game when compared to SC. This dosn't mean it's a bad game, but it's much more one dimensional. most war3 pros seem to agree with this statement when i talk to them about it. I play tons of different games, like every category you can name although i'm not crazy about sports games. Many people don't know i played fighters competitively while growing up in KC, mainly the soul calibers and marvel vs capcom 2. my next favorite genera is RPGs and graphic adventures. i'm also a die hard fan of the Metal Gear Solid games and i goto the arcade daily to play Beatmania.

Is a Sulfate ion doubly negatively charged or doesn't anyone care about this anymore? Do you think Rock or Best could pull the hats out of their bags and play even better? All I'm hearing is Jaedong and Flash which is awesome but come on! I WANT MOAR!

Most people who are seeing your commentaries have a good TL SC knowledge. if you haven't seen the VODs of Wednesdays games i would suggest you try that out, i attempted to adjust my cast slightly to add more analysis. Also, TL.net isn't the only website that watches these casts or i wouldn't have a job. i need to cast to ALL audiences so i need to make sure i'm touching all bases. points like this get rather annoying as one category of viewers often thinks they have some special concept of what would make the cast better when in fact it would alienate another target group.

Oh and, is Idra in Korea yet? If so, have you had any contact with him etc? i was living with rekrul, grrr, and spunky for about two weeks until i could find an apartment that was decent. i now live by myself at Nambu Terminal. On a non working day i usually wake up whenever i feel like it and then shower, read the news/tl.net for an hour or two. then i go eat some stew and rice and one of the places near my house and take a subway to an arcade at Apgujong reading a book on the way. i play games there for one to four hours and then come back home and play sc or some other game. i also check emails and other stuff for work during that time. after that i take a nap (if i feel like it) and then go out to dinner with friends and follow that up with clubbing for bar hoping. if i work i just sleep until it's time to leave, i usually get there two hours early so they can do makeup and get my other shit ready. after that i leave when the casts are done and usually go out for food and drinks with the other korean casters. sometimes we goto the sauna. i don't know what happened to that purple shirt. lol. it was the only thing that fit me when i showed up for that event, they have a wardrobe for me like they do for all the other korean casters. most people who work on TV show up in casual clothing because the network has a general idea of what they want their personal to work like. Idra is not in korea yet, i wish E-stro would get on that...

I believe it was after a night of clubbing with rekrul. we were with his baller Japanese friend and i had already been drinking with another person since 6. we meet him after rek and i had dinner, his friend was with these attractive Russian dancer girls. We ended up over at some club in the VIP section where we were drinking champaign and taking shots of whiskey. I drank a shit ton. i think i left around 3ish and lost my cellphone in the cab. luckly rek had called me after i left and picked my cellphone up from the cab driver. 1. Who provides accommodations and meals for you where you're in South Korea? GomTV ? 2. Are you safe when you make a round of the town at night or at crack of day ? 3. You feel like a cold war between North and South Korea when you stay Korea ?
