He has done baneling busts like 70% of his games at gsl and terrans he is facing are just not walling-in properly or making silly mistakes. I'm actually really suprised how sloppy Nada played. No thors vs mutas? So many times caught unsieged, not scanning before pushing, lol... July may have won this series, Nada is not yet there... but MC is gonna crush July 4:0 ez. Calling it. Might be that aggressive play actually catches people in places they don't want to be in. It's much easier making mistakes under pressure, and JulyZerg sure do put you under pressure.
Why not baneling-bust his opponents, they are cutting corners and JulyZerg makes them pay for it.
What makes it good is how often JulyZerg makes it work. I have noticed how his early games looked awful because he attacked at the wrong time. Now his timing is getting better and better spotting and abusing even the smallest mistakes of his opponents.
Regarding the MC vs JulyZerg game, I think MC is the favourite. He made JulyZerg passive got up to three bases and teched up and just owned him in the latest game. JulyZerg has figured out how to play ZvT, but I can't say the same about his ZvP. He might have something planned for us.

Woke up expecting a huge MC victory, but fearing that Hongun might have pulled through. Saw the results, and went through the rest of the day happy. And the July vs. Nada games were pretty sweet as well.

Hi I tried looking around the korean GOM site but unfortunately i couldn't find the Korean VODs for GSL 5. I found the Ch 414 but can't find the GSL matches; only something google translated to be something like G All-Stars or something The matches in there are from November last year.
More specifically can someone link me to the July vs Nada Ro8 match please? I'd like to listen to the Korean commentators (set 1 is still free like on english GOM right?)

July is a boss. Anyone who missed his BW dominance check him out from GOM classic 3.

A crazy 40 minute game! Remember control groups with a 12 unit max and no MBS.
I miss Super Daniel Man

That was unbelievable. A by-product of July's aggression is that he has the best map control in the world IMO. Mutas + overlord spread + roaming lings = maphack. Great player super impressed.

damn I was rooting for nada all the way but that series kicked ass
classic july zerg right there.
|
OMG, i hate zvt but that was the best series i've ever watched. July is sick.
|
While I think MC > July, it's kinda sad that July isn't getting much respect, probably from people who didn't watch him in BW. I mean, everyone already dismissed him in group stage and he made it through.
Really depressing to see people completely write him off.
