Anyway gl with the stream. I agree, very disappointing answer. I seriously doubt any player would say no to a BO7 showmatch for $300. Showmatches are typically BO7s as it is and for much less money than $300. Meh, however you want to spend your sponsors money is fine by me. Just doesn't make sense. Alright, guess I get shouted at for giving players too much money now. Do I really need to explain in detail every decision I ever make?
I don't think anyone is complaining, after all we get sc2 to watch, its just that he means you could probably sponsor 2 games for that kind of money and if theres anything better than 1 bo7 its 2 .

Haypro got this pretty easy.

I'm just saying you could get more for the money (which is obviously something I, as a selfish fan, want). It's probably something your sponsors wouldn't mind either. And I'm fairly certain the players wouldn't either (although I'm sure they won't complain with a higher prize). Anyways, gl. Hoping for some typical white-ra craziness as I'll be watching.

yes, yes you do
jk
and i actually agree with you tho Bo5 for 300 seems about right if it was 500 then sure a Bo7 would be ok but for 300 why make it into a 3 hour long event
also looking forward to your next hosted tournament

I'd rather not squeeze the players for everything I can. The sponsors agreed to BO5, imho the players should be getting more for their time, not less and whether nor the spectators get more for their "money" is a secondary concern. I want to see showmatches with higher prizepools in future.

You should get yourself one of these great german beards directly under the nose, would suit you well.
Great players, should be good games and nice to see that they are given a chance to make some additional money on the side, sucks that I'll have to watch it muted though.

On one side: My favorite Protoss, on the other The Swedish Banjo

I don't spend much time on the forums, but if that is the kind of crap TB has to take regularly i'm starting to understand why there are sometimes frustrated tweets by him...
ontopic: Showmatch casted by Totalbiscuit=great. If White-Ra is one of the players it's even better than great (Haypro is good, too).

Pretty much. Getting compared to Hitler and being told I'm an awful caster on a daily basis is the most fun a man could have.

It's great to see the saturation of events nowadays. Great to keep the players on form between big tourneys.

I wish I could "mute" inane ramblings of simpletons like you. Btw those "beards directly under the nose" are called MOUSTACHES!

how does haypro not be suspicious of dt / void ray play... with white ra being in one bas for so long.
|
White-Ra looks hilarious in that picture. My bet is that the Banjo will play White-Ra. :D

Wow, Whitera totally playing the banjo like a maestro right now.
