I just noticed the regional qualifiers for the other tournament at this event. It's pretty cool - they had a qualifier for NA, EU, Australia, China, SEA, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. That's some diversity, yo.
It's really difficult to update stuff because the connection isn't better for media than it is for players. SC2 off stage hasnt started yet, only the two matches you saw have been played.

He saw everything. his Star sense was working overtime.
Longer version: g1 Has went proxy oracle and it got scouted. Then he went for 1 base all in and flash had eyes on has's lack of natural the whole time so he defended heaps. Then has tried to go DT's and there was a turret.
G2, Has tried to in base proxy but flash saw it then killed the probe before it made too many buildings. Then flash saw the proxy stargate. Then he saw the pylon that was gonna warp in DT's.
It was pretty sick if you're me and you fucking despise Has and everything he stands for.

CAN YOU ASK HIM IF HE INTENDS TO PLAY IN PROLEAGUE??
edit: wait, that's a dumb question with the WCS updates, isn't it? Only reason not to play in PL would be if he left Korea, but there's no point leaving Korea now...
rogue should attempt what Goswser did in the basetradetv tournament. Chill and get a huge bank, kill off all your drones and SH, remax on 200/200 of pure muta

for sure better move than corruptor cloud vs Raven/viking
Rogue should have make infestors. A good chain fongal on vikings/ravens can win the game. Also he could have done better job with defending his expands.
this lag is horrendous. is this a chinese offline tournament? apparently it's in taiwan. sad to see it's not much better over there.
sorry for the assumption, i just don't recall watching any tournaments from there without problems. even the last hearthstone tournament lagged like hell.
EDIT: lag seems mostly gone, but still kinda low fps.
Damn his mechanics are so solid. It's kinda weird though, he holds his keyboard hand above the keyboard at a an odd angle, with his wrist bent upwards instead of the usual rest wrist on table, pivot around with fingers. Looks super uncomfortable but he is God so idk.

Ya'll jelly?
Yeah ya'll jelly.
Damn his mechanics are so solid.
He tried to pick up a tank with his Medivac.
Wasn't fast enough.
so bitter
Silly bugger lifted his rax just before stim finished too. Still, the important thing is that his hands moved really fast, so that's cool.
He's just so mechanically sound that he auto pilots half the time and has bad reaction times when things don't go according to plan, which is a weakness of his.

Super jelly. I wondered what happened with stim, saw it start earlier and then wondered why it was just starting when violet was pushing. No matter, God prevailed, all is well in the kingdom!
Damn, Harstem was so right. Violet couldn't attack with the mutalisks as long as HuK was at his doorstep, he could have just warped in stalkers and sentries until he was maxed out with +3 and I doubt that violet would have been able to engage him at that point.

not really, viOlet was maxed out with 2/2 finishing up, he waited for those upgrades to attack

2-2 lings you mean? The thing is that HuK overextended after taking a good engagement off creep and went deep into creep. If he kept his army outside the creep, close to his pylons, it becomes much more difficult for violet to engage him.

or because he is not playing mech very well this game, aside of getting fungaled. Zerglings should never kill as many gas units as they have this game...

For LotV I really hope mech terran gets some kind of support, like this it's quite limited to bio most of the time. Hellion doesn't have the range, speed and defense capabilities of the Vulture in BW. Vikings are anti-air only, and you have to switch down for ground combat only. In contrast Goliath had awesome anti-air and moderate ground attack in one go.
When in BW I saw long drawn out games of Flash playing mech against Protoss and Zerg, I see in SC2 that he and others are just doomed, losing step by step, simply because mech is so limited.

Give Vultures.
Yes, vultures. In a game where I have like triple the mineral income cuz of mules and greedy builds, yes, very fair.
And Goliaths simply aren't necessary. We have solid anti armoured air in vikings, anti light air in thors and mines and plenty of good vs ground units. People only want Goliaths because they want everything that's not Broodwar to be more Broodwar.
Mech tvz is gonna be horrible til they fix 4 things
1) mass PDD is silly 2) mass swarm host is silly 3) the way mining works makes it hard for Zerg to properly exploit a terran when he has a huge eco advantage 4) Mech units aren't super effective enough to make up for the fact that they're getting massively out eco'd by a 50 base Zerg.
Until then it's gonna be these massive drawn out games since neither army can force a real engagement unless something weird and stupid happens. Terran has to turtle forever and amass a huge air force since swarm hosts negate ground attacking almost completely. Zerg has to Swarm hosts to maintain pressure or terran will just take the map far too easily.
If you're lucky the Mech terran is some timing attacker who just makes thor hellbat banshee or something and ends the game before the brain starts dribbling out the ears.
The MSI twitch channels did not activate their past broadcasts, so only Khaldor VODs for now. They'll probably upload the other VODs to their youtube channel (I hope)
Mech only needs one thing that everything else has, free health care. Mech units are the only unit type where the heal costs alot money. And they nerfed mech to strong in the beginning of WoL, because everyone a-moved into mech, to make up for expensive repair cost. Make mules repair at normal speed but half the repair cost ! x3 The Raven is supposed to be the indirect healer unit of mech by shielding the units (there is a reason free units are priority when a-moving), but since mech is the slowest with the shortest range of all 3 races Raven's can only help in bunkering up. So either the Warhound approach for a-moving through, or the Tempest approach. For the Tempest approach the other race have more then enough means to push back a mechline.
But if Mech works at high level like people want it to work, it will be to much to handle for lower levels.

Huh. Didn't even think of that. Mules + reactored vultures are scary on paper.
