Fine so far. You can link the Preview since it's up now, and the Red text at the top isn't meant to actually be in the thread itself, but that's fine for your first time - I made the same mistake. Remember to keep track of the maps to keep the OP up-to-date, and a word of personal advice: Make the polls now, it'll save you a lot of grief in the long run.

Thanks guys for the help! I tried to fix the TL preview thing, although I'm not sure how to make the URL anything other than the address. What I mean is that I don't know how to do the equivalent of Name of link goes here in BBcode and make the Name of link anything other than the page address.
Is there some kind of special template I can use for the individual game ratings polls?

Dear is incredibly bad. I don't know what happened after his triple crown; he has played so badly ever since. His decision making, control, game plan, macro all dramatically dropped after his win in WCS.

Yesterday he said "Fuck this match-up" after losing the second game of his PvP. This entire group is PvP. so obviously he loves this!
NaNiwa never really hated other players playing PvP.
Agreed, but I was guessing that was what the original comment referred to.
Besides that - Well played Stats!
That was the reference, yes.
It was just a joke, Naniwa never hated PvP players, like you said. Yesterday, he said on twitter that it was him actually who had trouble adapting in a prepared PvP since WoL.
Hope someone in TL staff will do a big ass article named "Greatest players of all time : the one we forgot" about Parting and put as much passion as Stuchiu put in his MVP piece

When Parting's career is worth one third of Mvp's, someone might feel compelled Again, he wasn't forgotten!
Parting is a really good ambassador for the game. I really think he understands the global context of SC2 better than most korean pro-gamers. Hope he still gets through for that fact alone!

Pff if no writter in TL has passion for Parting, I'd be a sad Panda ofc MVP is number 1 (above life, take that zealously! hahaha) but really, there has to be someone among all the great TL staff that thinks that Parting is above Leenock.

Great minds think.. close enough. I agree with his sentiment that those maps are extremely balanced compared to the others in the map pool but dear god when will we get some better new maps.
And I agree with wolf that Stats is probably the best or at least the most well rounded protoss in the world. Although I think PartinG might have an edge simply because he absolutely owns Maru and his weakness against SH got patched out.

I agree. Stats has been a good/solid player since 2010 in BW. He's the type of player who will impress, perhaps make a deep run. But he does not have the top end skill that herO and PartinG do.

Not sure, he's certainly made a case for the contrary these last two-or-so months. He isn't as flashy, though, which contributes greatly to what the general fanbase thinks of Protoss players.

This is the biggest flaw in his PvP. He jumps the gun and tries to kill people and it doesn't work in PvP. Just macro out with your lead and hit a midgame timing Or delay their third forever while taking yours. Much much safer way to close out PvP games.

Yeah PartinG has an edge over Stats simply because he's capable of beating guys like Maru. But Stats doesn't have any glaring weaknesses in his play unlike herO and PartinG either.

herO once had to face Rain in a bo5 1-2 days after his heartbreaking loss vs sOs in IEM Poland herO once had to play his GSL Ro16 5 days after his GSL Ro32 group of death.
Don't tell me about scheduling problems, herO has faced tons of them -.-

Well, that's always the problem with their group selection method... the top 2 players will just shuffle all the hard opponents into one group and watch them kill each other while they sit in a pretty easy one.
Yeah the after the selection swap is not something I like
haha i just wanted to make a little joke, no need to be serious guys -.- The only thing that matters is KT best KT and Stats still underrated i guess :/

sure ?
If brackets go like previous SC2SL.
Maybe not though.
It's gonna be so awkward. On the one hand Zest's PvP is incredible. On the other hand Stats is probably the guy who knows more about Zest's PvP than anyone else. And same goes the other way around. Awkward city.
Haha, definitely agree. Team-kills hurt, especially KT .

Last season it was 1st A vs 2nd D, 1st B vs 2nd C and so on, I'm not sure they'd change that.
Congratulations to the creator of Cactus Valley for giving us probably the best game of 2015
without giving much more information about it after so...
What happened? c.c; Can't find any proper vods </3
They've not even been done for an hour, you'll get vods soon enough. This much though: PartinG vs herO on Cactus Valley was fantastic, back and forth, action packed PvP.

Ok I got the order wrong, and OP got warned so he's probably no savior, but FUCK YEAH HEROOOOOOOO Damn it feels good to see him go out of a PvP group. How was his play?

He and PartinG were playing out of their mind and now everyone is disappointed that group D can't have 3 players advancing.

I turned off the stream after herO botched a big attack in game 2 and when I return game 3 started o.O

Predictions:
The group will last 5 hours, longer than expected for a PvP group
Stats will win the group but no one will notice
Dear will play like a god in his game 1s, then play like a blockhead in the rest of each series
herO will be 2-gated at least twice
PartinG will mis-micro his army in a final battle but recover in time to win anyway
The casters will pretend like they really really like PvP
The LR Thread won't break 40 pages
Stats won the group, people noticed, semi-correct. Dear played like a god for a single game vs PartinG, then botched basically everything else, semi-correct. herO got proxy gated at least once (didn't see everything), I guess semi-correct. Kinda correct about PartinG mis-microing and recovering, but he lost on Cactus Valley anyway, semi-correct. Casters and LR thread are spot on. Didn't go 5 hours tho.

I must say I'm pretty happy with the outcome of the group and that all series were interesting, especially the last one. A good afternoon of SC2 overall ^^

Oh okay, that's what I thought. Damn lichter for predicting a 5 hour group, without that he'd have been 4/6 aka 2/3, and 2 out of 3 ain't bad. But I guess lichter will do anything for the love of his fans.

It's not confirmed confirmed, we just inferred it from how they did it last season, which is 1st place A vs 2nd place D, 2nd place A vs 1st place D etc. So at this point that would be Maru vs herO and Zest vs Stats. But maybe they'll change it for some reason.

I would love to see Zest rip Stats apart
I'd rather not have a team kill in the Ro8.
Zest is a god in PvP so I don't see Stats getting past him. Still it's better for Stats to go against Zest in a PvP than Maru. Blah at the teamkill. I had to leave for the gym after the first game in the final set. How did herO win the last two games o_O?
Kudos though but that deprives us of Maru vs PartinG ;_;

Zest vs Stats is for sure gonna be awkward, they probably know each other way too well.
Game 3 herO got ahead early and PartinG didn't find a way back in. Game 2 was really back and forth and amazing, PartinG took a really bad engagement near herO's third that cost him his entire army, afterwards PartinG built new phoenixes to snipe herO's observers to kill herO's superior army with DTs (hilarious), but in the end it wasn't enough.
