Question, is he qualifying for blizzcon? I would like to see him make it there. Neeb is currently is in a solid 6th (5th if he wins). uThermal though is in a bit more of a scary spot (he's currently at 11th, and remains that way even if he wins).

Well, the question is if there was a undefeated tournament run like taeja did, so we are talking about existence, not quality, right? yea and sOs' run doesn't exist because he dropped maps, how is this still a discussion... My bad, I mean his run exists at playoffs stage, satisfied now? not really, the discussion is about making flawless runs of the tournament. sOs' run only covered half that. But that half is much more important the "the other half" if # maps dropped > 0, nothing to discuss. Well, that was not a "discussion", that was a "suggestion". Because only dropping one map in a premier event is also very rare, right? Maybe you can tell me another example with some top Korean players in the participating list? sOs in his MSI won 7 maps in a row Life won 8 maps in a row during his royal road in GSL. That was the first and only player I had to check. I guess the point is how many maps he lost during the entire tournament, not how many maps he won in a row.

The thing is though, do we really count simply wins in succession or is it kinda important to not lose any map to the players while doing so? But yeah your statement was right

Heart: Neeb, first premier NA trophy in a LONG time (not including Polt/Hydra/Jaedong etc).
First USA IEM since I belive Idra in 2011?
First undefeated tournament in a while too.
Head: Neeb... But I've been wrong before.

I've been up 24hours and I have something I have to do in 5 hours, so I could have decided to sleep.
Or watch Neeb win his first tournament.
Those were my choices.
And this is where I am.
