It is possible for there to be an all foreigner final if Neeb beats Ragnarok and Stats, and Solar beats TY and Dark (obviously i'm assuming that Neeb beats Solar). PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN

PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN that is the nightmare, no way Neeb makes the final though

The two things are not equivalent. 2. 6/16 Terrans in GSL (even representation is either 5 or 6) and 1/12 terrans in IEM is not by any stretch of the imagination "fine". It's either "too early to tell" or "bad". ok

Am I wrong? Roflmao, funniest comment so far. Terrans (like me) has never needed anything to "allow" them to ask for buffs. They do it all the time anyway =P If I'm going to whine anyway I'd prefer for Maru to win AND I can still whine

Am I wrong? You're wrong. Terrans don't need to lose to whine. They were whining in the middle of GomTvT for the love of all that's reasonable! Terrans losing just makes it harder for the rest of us to ignore them.

Terrans are doing great in GSL (well represented this season, TvT final last season) so maybe the balance whine is premature. That's my point. edit: removed the snark. So, based on the finals from September 15 on a different balance patch we can safely say Terrans are fine. Are you serious?
