That being said lawler has been in enough wars in his life. A fight where win or lose he likely will take almost no damage is good for him.

Like I said, it's a good stylistic match-up for Askren, but not a slow grind in my opinion - that would still be fine by me, I enjoy good technical ground game.

The UFC tried its best to promote the 125 lb division. It just didn't work. Part of the aura of combat sports in america is when you go to the event live.. and you see the fighter walking to the ring..many audience members take 1 look at the fighter and say to themselves... "holy crap that guy would kill me in 5 minutes with his bare hands if he wented to". Its hard to have that impact when you are 5'4".

Hoping someone gets a picture of the scorecard, I had Zombie 3-1 in that fight, or 4-1 if the bell had sounded one second earlier. Tough way to lose edit: Ah yes, he was 3-1, 3-1, 2-2 on the scorecards. Amazing fight. I love the zombie and feel bad for him but full respect to both of them. What a ko. Yair hurts his foot in the first few seconds and then fights for 25 minutes and wins.

Looks like he has a fairly serious mental condition, and was broke, and twas the only way for him to make some money. So he took steroids for a few months and prepared to get knocked out for 250 grand (No numbers on PPV sales, but I think that 50-100k was possible, with Chuck getting 25% of the revenue would be 500k-1mil)

How can we be taken seriously as a sport when this happens, I know my reaction seems excessive, but come on.
