Upon inspection it was just an go route that the TE let himself get bullied outside on until he smoked the safety who looked to give up on the play.
Very similar to Green Bay's 3rd TD which was a go from the RB where he naturally faded outside off a bump. Looked to me Rodgers was actually trying to draw a PI but happened to throw a touchdown. Heh.

Good football game so far. 2 bad that lateral missed could have been a interesting finish to the half.

Russell holding it long and making facrel, or whatever, look like Reggie white.

This 3rd and 7 incompletion/completion is why I was always on the side of the old rule regardless of what the outcome is here. This play has no business being a completion.

Ahaha McCarthy strikes again!

The unsung hero in Seattle is Mike Solari. That dude is such a legit O line coach. That unit was a dumpster fire before Solari came in.

Hahaha, I think that UCF will get screwed and manage to annihilate the team they play NYD. It's just a matter of who the opponent is. If it is somehow Georgia or OSU, then it'll be a damn good game. OSU played us and they almost got beat, and UCF is better than we are in the same style of offense. So that is almost a none-contest. Georgia would be a good test for them.

Yeah I hope they get who ever would be the 5th rated team it won't help this year in the rankings but it should going forward if they are able to beat that team.

They beat Auburn and got no love. I doubt it'll help them at all going forward. Besides, next year you'll have an entire new offense and players, so we'll see what Heupel can do to keep the streak alive, should they win out.

Yeah next year never helps the current team, just looking for a bright side.
That being said if they go out and take it Georgia or Ohio State, and ND gets smashed I could see them finishing top 4.
Because of the number of teams it takes programs years and years to finally get a shot at #1 because so many teams never get a chance to play each other. I love that they have a playoff and really hope they expand it.
|
My issue is that, after the CFP is over, they might get to #5. And the schedules are done years in advance. Nebraska has schedules all the way to like 2024 or something. There's no telling how the teams will be by then. So it's a crap shoot for a team like UCF. It took App St forever to get recognition and to play quality teams. By then, they weren't as good.
|
Yeah, it is a flawed system, at least it is better than it was before and they seem willing to improve it for the better. Hopefully they keep going.
|
Hopefully. But if any team ahead of UCF gets blown out, then the cries for an expansion will only get louder. I'll take a wait and see approach to this.

LMAO Maryland
omg Ohio State's run D...
|
MD vs OSU is getting embarrassing lol
|
Nebraska has had 3 fumbles in the 1st qtr. Shit is getting stupid. A lot of no calls for MSU as well.
|
lol MD's McFarland has stat that resembles what Leonard Fournette had against Ole Miss in 2016. 7 rush, 214 yds, 2 td so far.
|
Nebraska is playing like it's the first game of the season right now. Really, really, bad.
Good news is OSU and Bama are playing down to their opponents. Bama might win at the end, but OSU will probably lose and drop to 20

Can u imagine if citidel beats bama?
