I guess the good thing about this series is Wiggins can really show what his true value is.

Towns has absolutely disappeared, and basically no one played great. This post smells of someone who didnt watch the game spewing their bias.

In Utah/OKC game, Mitchell dominated, looking like a young D Wade. Westbrook, George and Anthony combined to miss all 14 field goals in the fourth quarter and score just two points.

They seem very behind the times as far as system is concerned and for a defensive guru he has done nothing to help them at that end.

I just mean that, on one level, people everywhere I read and watch seem to have made their minds that Wiggins is a "mediocre player in a superstar body" (if they are being generous) or "literally the worst player in NBA history" (I exaggerate, but that seems the idea). On another level, I see see him having 16+ games with decent stats and people still bash on him. I don't watch Wolves regular season games, that is why I always ask why people here are brutal on Wiggins despite ok-ish numbers. You will remember that I asked the anti-Wiggins group if it is because he is underperforming his superstar #1 pick expectation, or he is just objectively bad. And in game, he had a great plays in the end of the game that could have really helped his case had he shone through them, and add to the fact that he performed well when Buckets was out, then you see where I'm coming from. So essentially, I'm just saying his performance in the playoffs will make any assessment of his value more rational.

I very much doubt it, most people are so flush with confirmation bias that they search only for things that match their opinion. It is like reddit things that are upvoted are not the best ideas or posts, they are the ones that people agree with most. Very few will change their minds no matter what he does for better or worse.

I kinda agree. Even after a good game 1 and good-ish game 2 people on every forum still bag on him, same here. I don't get it. Maybe people just hold him to a much higher standard? That's why I think this is a good opportunity for Wiggins. Btw, Thibs sucks, for real.
