yeah if you are talking about h2h in liverpool vs napoli. But if all 3 teams have 9 pts, then you have to compare h2h within all 3 teams. + Show Spoiler +Napoli Liverpool.......1-0 Liverpool Napoli.......
Liverpool PSG..........3-2 PSG Liverpool..........2-1
PSG Napoli..............2-2 Napoli PSG..............1-1
PSG > Liverpool and Napoli > PSG. Liverpool 1-0 isn't enough.

Biased commentators are the best when you're watching from the biased side haha. Whenever I watch Feyenoord from home I try to get the local radio to match the television because they perfectly match my own feelings.

Yeah, I like the French as well. Don't always understand what they are saying, but they really match the mood well of a match I feel.

PSG Napoli..............2-2 Napoli PSG..............1-1 PSG > Liverpool and Napoli > PSG. Liverpool 1-0 isn't enough. Is that so? Doesn't it go on goal average, but disregarding the 4th spot? Which would be:
Napoli: 4 - 4 PSG: 7 - 7 Liverpool: 5-5
So PSG and Liverpool advance (all same GD, but these two more goals scored).
All of this assuming the original scenario of Liverpool winning 1-0 and PSG drawing, which I feel is rather unlikely.
E: actually, probably goes on points first.
So:
Liverpool: 6 Napoli: 5 PSG: 5
Napoli wins the H2H with PSG on away goals.

You're right about the points, but the next tiebreaker would still be goals scored among all games between all 3 teams, so PSG 7 > Napoli 4.

vvd foul itself is straight red but he got the ball first (feels like 2 sec earlier) and vvd stopped to think when he got the ball. mertens should have jumped anyway like any striker would do in this situation. I don't like when strikers take the risk to be injured in order to get a yellow/red card for the opponent.
very hard to give a red card if i were the ref.

Yeah Allison keeping that door firmly shut. Napoli were pretty lacklustre tonight and Ancelotti made questionable subs as usual. Napoli played well for around 20 minutes of the 90 and that aint never enough. If Scousers knew how to finish as well would have been 5-0. Mane is actually awful lol.
|
I gotta agree with Pande there. Sadio Mane has been the weakest link in that squad for quite some while now. If Shaqiri had gotten half the changes Mane did, Liverpool would have been cruising
|
Yeah. His pace probably does still quite a bit of work, but otherwise he has been wasteful. Somehow his playing has become more forced ever since Salah became the main superstar on the attack.
|
Are you kidding? Calling Mané Liverpool's worst player when they have players like TAA, Gomez, Matip, Lovren, Wijnaldum and Henderson? To waste a chance you first have to get it and it's far from easy. Also his defensive contribution is superior to Salah's. You're overreacting, he's not consistent and currently has a dip in form. He was by far their best player during the CL final. He would still get a starting spot in any team except PSG and maybe Barcelona.
|
Yeah Mane's been rubbish for ages. He had a brief period of good form but I think that was an anomaly to be honest.

I dunno man

CSKA Moscow seems to have Real Madrid's number somehow. It's a throwaway game and Real's lineup isn't anywhere close their best 11, but it's still their home game.
|
Beat Real 3-0 in bernabeu and still get eliminated from europe on h2h, that is just cruel.

Highlighted bold players are currently Scouse's best players in their positions by a long way and also extremely important. They are very good and it pains me to say this as an Anti scouse guy xD
Trent is going to be one of England's best right backs ever. Gomez is keeping Matip and Lovren firmly out of the back 4 comfortably and is very quick and solid. Plus again so young. Henderson is also the spine of that Scouse team and when he doesn't play they lack a leader and someone who does the ugly job. Won't get you 15 goals a season, probably wont get 15 assists, but the guy does a very important job which was evident in the English national side in France.
Scouse's weak players are Lovern, Matip, Any keeper not named Allison they have, strikers not named Firminho and Salah. For me at least.
