The Celtics looked bewildered with `was i supposed to rotate on that` looks on their faces after every Raptor motion/gimmick. Stevens was angry. Its hilarious listening to the 21st century replacement for Mr. Rogers ... drop f-bombs.

If Zion misses the tournament and a few spots in the draft It might do a bit of damage for months. It does nothing to the Nike brand, not something as small as this, no matter how popular Zion is. Nike brand is one of the best-managed in the world, and it weathered bigger storms before (Kobe rape, Lebron decision, Jordan gambling, just to give the biggest basketball stuff) and came out bigger and stronger. Let us remember, promising as he might be, Zion is still just a prospect. He has the potential to be commercially successful and Nike can deliver it for him, but he is not relevant enough to damage Nike, unless he comes up with footage of him restrained in a Nike lab being injected with steriods and all sorts of PEDs by the Nike president himself. On the other hand, Zion may have a very handsome claim for equipment protection damages as a specific legal exposure, and I think this is Nike's small concern about the Zion-shoe scandal now.

https://streamable.com/yrllx he does this on defense too. "he is young and i don't mean to be hyper-critical" The guy is 24 years old and has been in the league 5 years. Look at what the 24 year old Pascal Siakam has become compared to what he was 3 years ago. Look at what Wiggins was 3 years ago. Look at him now. Hanging out north of Toronto during every off season hasn't exactly catalyzed any improvements in any elements of his game. Pascal Siakam busts his ass every off season. Wiggins goes on a 3 month vacation. It shows. https://www.tsn.ca/raptors-siakam-poised-for-breakout-third-season-1.1184395 "that video right there is damning" I've been watching Wiggins stand around doing not much for years now. Its even more glaring when you go to games and watch live. Kudos to Doris Burke for having the balls to call out this lazy, sloppy play from Wiggins. Zero urgency.

http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/26141993/three-sentenced-adidas-recruiting-scandal it'll be interesting to see how Adidas reacts to this. Stuff like this definitely helps the NBA's push for fleshing out their minor league infrastructure. Just pay the players legitimately and get rid of all these shadey middle-men.

This is Leonard's 4th game since February 11th. In the other games he played 34,25 and 34 minutes. You have to wonder if he has tendonitis in that quad again and they are lightening his load in response to it.

After starting 11-14, they are 28-11 since Dec 8th, only the Bucks at 32-8 have been better (Warriors have played 2 less games at 26-11). Just like last year, health in the playoffs will be the biggest factor in their chances to contend.

I'm hoping Cousins' temper and attitude will offset the team's advantage in some major way. The trophy is practically theirs already by the time Cousins was back, and now Bogut. Damn.
