I thought no one ever lies about injuries? I thought no one ever lies? Do people lie in the NBA? As far as Magic Johnson trading Russell. He had to do it. Russell breached privacy expectations that wrecks the entire locker room. Next thing you know you have everyone secretly recording everyone else. You can't have that. Russell had to go.

Anyway, how does this affect Lebron's GOAT claim that he doesn't even qualify for the playoffs the very first year he goes to the Western Conference? Imma go with Charles on this one, I dont ever want nobody to mention Lebron in a sentence with Jordan, or Imma slap 'em.

I don't follow it much until March Madness. Been catching a lot of games and it feels like teams with projected NBA caliber wings are still using some walk-on looking point guard to be their main ball handler. These point guards might supposedly be good and I just don't know them. I'm used to the positionless basketball movement now so it's weird seeing some short dude always handling the ball. Even Coach K is using some totally unimpressive looking point guard instead of letting Zion initiate the offense. Though I heard Duke is not deep so maybe he has no other players.

You know I don't really follow free agencies and the trade market that closely outside of the big names so I always just assumed that the market was just unfavorable and Magic couldn't make the moves he wanted to make. But now he wants to insist that these are the moves he wanted to make? You didn't want to get any shooters? Really?!?? I'm really hoping that he's trying to save face about not getting to make the moves he wanted because "I'm Magic Johnson" and to not really be as incompetent as the picture he's painting of himself. I also really doubt LeBron's not in on the decision making. The only problem with that is if anyone is a worse GM than Magic it's LeBron lol

Dukes PG is pretty good, he is Tyus jones little brother (plays for the Twolves) He was a high recruit as well. A lot of people who are good in the college game as PG cant' play in the NBA because of there size, but in the NCAA it works because there is a lot of other short guys. It doesn't mean they are not still great players. Also, in the NCAA coaches have a lot more control, and exert it a lot more. So there is way more set plays and much less freedom. There is also way more zones that offenses have to deal with because of the rule changes.
