On July 1st, Slayers_BoxeR published wedding photos with long time girl friend and famous korean actress Ka-Yeon Kim, the two had engaged in formal relationships since April, 2010. The wedding photos were published in Korean magazine "Wedding", photo shoot done in Jeju Island.
Boxer who is 32 this year has been a flagship figure in both SC1 and SC2, and a leading representative and model for esports. Ka-Yeon Kim who is almost 40 is a famous female actress in S.Korea, and has continued to support Boxer in his journey through esports. Especially after Boxer created team Slayers, Ka-Yeon Kim has been providing invaluable help to the team in many aspects.
Boxer due to a shoulder injury this year has temporarily paused his esports career, to this Boxer says: "I believe this is just a temporary rest, the goal of which is for even better competitiveness, I hope that all the fans not worry because of this."
A scene from MLG orlando: Boxer had valiantly brought the game 3:3 tie from a 0:3 deficit, but in the end still lost to NA zerg Idra, but the reporters found that after the match in the vast and empty stadium, Boxer was still training rigorously. Even with out fans watching, the Emperor is still always diligent.
Happy to see these two finally getting ready to be married. I remember them seeming so sad they didn't have time to do it in the Boxer's Wings documentary. I guess the injury is to finally give him a bit of a break =)
But not for too long please, you need to start beating MMA back into shape Boxer!
I've seen Jessica IRL as well, it's impossible to think she's 40.. But I mean, she has kids etc, so it makes sense. Also, my fiance is 30 and she looks 15, just how it works with Asians.
I wish they didn't use airbrush so much, Boxer and Jessica look great in real life already. But I guess that's what people in the photoshoot business do on every single photo these days :[
They make such a great couple and they're really great people. I'm happy for them.

It's not (just) that. Asian people tend to age really well, Indians too. My friend's grandfather looks like he's in his 40s and he's actually just turned 91.
The Chosun Ilbo published the results of a survey which sought to find out the answer. The researchers found that eight out of ten Korean women over the age of 18 feel they need cosmetic surgery, and that one out of two has undergone cosmetic surgery at least once.
If you have ever seen that documentary made by that American girl living in Korea she asked a bunch of girls and they said that they wanted to get their eyes fixed ;p
BoxeR is such a baller, he looks totally awesome on these pictures, besides that he played games for a living, then he made SKTelecom T1, won 2 OSL, won 2 wcg, his girlfriend is a famous actress, and the military of his country made a Pro Gaming team just for him to continue playing Starcraft...
Cristiano Ronaldo is just a n00b compared to BoxeR.

lmao as much as I like boxer, you can't be serious... Ronaldo is one of the highest earning athletes currently. His 2012 earnings will probably more than all of the salaries of eSports combined at the moment.
Jesus Christ those are two damn clean faces. Must be a lot of make up and photoshop involved :/ A bit more natural wouldn't hurt? (Then again I feel bad for "complaining" in a thread like this)

The picture of BoxeR training alone after his loss in the finals after everyone has left moved me in depths inside of my heart that I did not know existed.

BoxeR is much more than just money bro... look at what he has done with esport, and continues to do for it. He is an icon in the esports scene respected by all, looked up to by all.

Boxer should get married already. He will be unstoppable in SC2 after his marriage. Men always have a giant leap in their career once they settled down.
Yeah.. if anyone thought this was actually wedding photos.. then you are not very perceptive - she's in multiple wedding dresses. Probably just a photoshoot/ad campaign to get them some free gear for their own wedding.. haha
I love the MLG picture the most. Is that bad? I mean the other ones are great, but the idea of him trying so hard is so amazing. Nice pictures, and thanks for sharing this find!

Same. I've just got the biography and I'm going to spend a while with it, perhaps look up some games, even old SC1 ones, even though I was a Warcraft player.
Boxer is the type of person that any creature with half a heart would want the best success for. He is dedicated, honorable, and just so damn awesome. When Boxer plays everyone wants him to win, even if they are hardcore Z's/P's and Boxer is playing against their favorite Z/P player.

Great couple imo!
I would totally go against Boxer if he were to face against Yellow in an OSL game.
Awesome photo shoot, but they need to get married soon or at least produce a child so we can have our prince/princess of Esport. At 40 the chance of getting a child is getting smaller, come on Boxer, get in done!!!.
As an Asian, I don't find it surprising that Jessica is 40, Asian esp East Asian like Korean, Chinese, Japanese women won't age untill they are 45 or so with or w/o plastic surgery. My ex was 31 and when I show her photo to my Swiss friend, he though she was not 20 yet .

Lol, it happens. A while ago I started feeling bad for chatting up an apparently too young a person. I was 28 and suspecting her of being a college firstie. Turned out she actually had ten years on me or so. I wasn't able to tell sitting next to her at a tightly packed table.
