Hello,
My name is RemarK, and I am a Grandmaster Protoss currently playing for Team Fallacy (fLc). Since I've been spending some time playing both WoL and the HotS beta, I decided to put out two replay packs, one for each game.
Wings of Liberty Replay Pack:
This pack contains 40 replays of ladder + tournament games, most or all of which are versus Grandmaster opponents and / or pro-gamers. There's a mixture of wins and losses in here, although there's more wins than losses to overcompensate for what we've been seeing at the pro level . You can download the entire pack of 40 replays (with descriptive names) by going here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?8d6onpnsb646qe6
Additionally, I uploaded each of these games individually on drop.sc, so if you'd rather browse through the pack and then pick which replays you want to download, just go here:
http://drop.sc/replays?player=#237516
Heart of the Swarm Beta Replay Pack:
This pack contains 14 replays of ladder games against Grandmaster or top masters opponents on the HotS beta ladder. This replay pack is mostly wins because I still haven't played the beta enough to have a collection of close losses or interesting games against better players than me. For this replay pack, I didn't bother hosting them on drop.sc (their website can't parse data from HotS beta replays) so you will have to download the .zip folder from mediafire:
http://www.mediafire.com/?r8ljorozs56z7ri
Please enjoy this replay pack and feel free to comment with feedback to improve future replay packs or requests for future types of content!

Thanks, means a lot! Feel free to ask any questions about that build in this thread if you want as well

Well, to be fair, in the HotS replays, u nearly only play WoL. Good WoL, but not something new.^^ But good nevertheless.
|
Thanks, Remark. You rock. But IMO your team should change its name. Fallacy makes it sound like you are just mistaken and wrong. :p

Steal new builds time. Thank you for sharing. Hope to see more HotS next time though

Took a few of these HOTS replays and did a cast with them Remark. Hope you don't mind. Link's in the spoiler.

I've got to remind myself to watch these tomorrow!

The hell is this, a member of fallacy actually contributing something and drawing attention to the team, this is unheard of.
Everyone else, with the natural exception of myself, has to step it up.

Tks, I've been looking for more info in this build since I saw Jangbi using it in proleague against hero[join] and someone referred me to your stream. Quick questions:
1) Is it worth to go 12-gate and use 2 chrono on nexus to "sell" more that it is a 4-gate? 2) What is your best plan against dedicated blink all-in? Feels like a BO loss, not much to do around that, right? 3) How to read an opponent when he opens zealot-sentry? I just keep poking against the ramp to waste FF usage and force a second/third sentry, while getting a ~6:40 robo pocketed against my gateways. It's the only way to beat DTs but I feel behind when he is going robo instead, because his tech is faster. I guess the real question is how to play against fast robo when you don't feel safe to do the stargate follow-up. 4) Any specific tips to playing against blink/obs? It comes down to obs sniping and army positioning, but it's so tough to do against good opponents in cloud kingdom or specially antiga.
Thanks!

1) I haven't experimented with that enough to say - the problem with going 12 gate and floating chrono is you're much less economical, and are vulnerable to dying to defensive 4-gates (because they read you as a 4-gate, and counter attack afterwards). 2) The important thing against blink all-in is dropping your robo immediately after your first warp in of 3 stalkers. Ideally, your pressure will let you pin them on a blink build, in which case you chronoboost an immortal out immediately and should be able to hold. 3) I try to slip my zealot by while not committing any of my stalkers to the pressure. If the zealot gets by, you generally get a perfect scout of the entire base. If not, you have to assume that they could be going DT, Stargate, or Robo and at least start a robo until you know otherwise (I often cancel my robo upon seeing my opponent's first phoenix fly into my base, for example, but I have to wait until I know for sure that it isn't anything else). 4) I wouldn't recommend this build on maps like Antiga or Cloud (especially cloud). You shouldn't be able to hold a properly executed 4-gate blink obs because they blink into your main, you move to defend, and then they forcefield your ramp and blink out and kill your natural.
