Currently, Proleague has been going on. How do you feel about the Proleague format now that you've experienced it?
I have some issues with the entry format. You know who's getting sent out so you can predict on some level, who's going to win. And that takes the fun out of the game. I also don't like how the maps are set. Almost every single tournament uses the format where the losers chooses the next map but Proleague is not like that so I don't like it. But I think the strictness of Proleague reflects the history of the game well so I like it. I hope KeSPA will realize what the trend is nowadays and try to follow it in the future.
Does he realise proleague is a team league, and that's half the point? In most team sports you have some idea of who is coming up and when.
I hope Kespa realises that part of what makes proleague special is that it's like it is. We don't need every competition being the same, and they already have winers league for some rounds which has a slightly different format.
Stephano needs to realise not everything needs to be "his" way. And that proleague is a team league, and the coaches are supposed to have some impact, not just the players.

French people are very pessimistic. What Stephano said about Paris vs Seoul is extremely biased. I'm sure non-French people would have a different opinion.

Personally, I hate it. What I hate the most is that the players who couldn't make it in WoL get to have a head start for HotS. I don't like the fact that they can start making good results just because they got a head start.
this is so funny.

Also I have to admit that france is pretty dirty compared to germany in average :p

He promised to only pay for 2 years... that's terrible, he's got to be pretty close already. If he loves doing it and is good at it, hopefully he'll be able to play for longer though.
Can't wait to see what he comes up with for HotS, even if he isn't looking forward to it. The reason Stephano's one of my favorite players (aside from his personality) is because of his amazing ability to come up with builds that no one thought would be possible, and executing them so well.

He wants to find the answer to life.
He should probably ask Life.

Well, I did hear about my friend going to Paris and she said it was pretty dirty.
Also, it's not that Stephano's pessimistic, it's probably just that he likes new and different things.

The excuse people will use is that "No, it doesn't matter if you're different shades of white, one much more pale than the other, you're still both Caucasian, so it isn't racism", but then you're still picking on someone for having different skin colour to you, so it's still inappropriate BS. Cut it out and grow up. People are different and you need to learn to live with it.

I can confirm alongside MetalPanda that I almost only hear very poor things about Paris and yes, especially about it being dirty and chaotic, maybe also ruder people than typically found elsewhere in France, but I think that's a general thing people say about a lot of the biggest cities in different countries, such as Tokyo in Japan (from what I've heard and read). Not too long ago I remember watching a video about how Japanese people actually have something like a rehabilitation clinic or organisation for Japanese people recovering from the shock of Paris being such a disappointment compared to the romantic ideas they had about it before going there. I'd link the video only I don't remember where I saw it. We'll see if I can.

I personally don't think just thinking about the game is enough to compete at the highest level, especially when you compare that to Koreans who think about the game all day and practice 12+ hours

Thank you for the interviews!

Don't bother posting with no effort. I get sick of all the racism calls here and there, but there are other issues that get neglected. Whites get BS from whites because of different skin colour, actual sheer hate from complete strangers based on skin colour but unlike other racist issues, there's nothing you can really do about it. So instead of being dumb and assuming, think first for a change and consider that I might not necessarily be one of those sorts you assumed I was.
