Just one day after qxc came within a map of reaching the Ro16 in Group C, another American Terran saw himself nearly overcome the Korean wall only to fall in the end.
Fnatic.Neeb started off his night with a 2-0 win against former KeSPA player Check, and then proceeded to draw first blood against multiple champion Liquid`TaeJa in the winner's match. Neeb came close to taking the 2-0 series win with a strong two-base attack in game two, but TaeJa showed his championship class by holding on to tie the series. With a win in game three, TaeJa completed the comeback and moved on to the Ro16 in first place.
Neeb would have another chance to advance to the Ro16 in the final match against [b]wayi.Check, who came off a win against ZOO.Top in the loser's match. However, Neeb was unable to repeat his earlier victory over the Korean Zerg, and tapped out after two hard fought games.
Next game day - Group F: HyuN, Heart, Jaedong, Jim
Players qualified for Ro16: Pigbaby, Oz Revival, NesTea, viOLet, Check Bomber, TaeJa

I'm pretty sure Taeja had a barracks in a place that the stalkers would not have been able to shoot. Would have been a tie.

In the end, there are only Koreans.

Let us all join together to give our strength to the four brave warriors who remain to stand for us.

All these foreigners getting so close. Personally I feel like they are at least showing progress so there's a moral victory I guess

Who said the word "foreigners"? I'm talking about holding strong on our home turf. This is WCS AMERICA, damn it! We must, and we WILL, have a North American competing live in the flesh!
