Hello, Fans! Here’s good news for you and CJ ENTUS! We are happy to announce that there is a new player in CJ ENTUS SC2 team’s Zerg lineup. Please welcome our new member “ByuL,” Han Ji Won! We are always grateful to you for supporting us! Thank you!
“Hello. This is ByuL, Han Ji Won and I am really happy to be a new member of CJ ENTUS team. We will try our best to show you a better performance in next season. We need your support more than ever! Thank you.”
Great for Byul, but wasn't he the one saying IM wasn't disbanding a few days ago (during I think it was the big one)? Seems out of place if he jumped ships.
3-0 Ace Match record, 18-11 in Proleague (3rd best Zerg) and IM's best Proleague player by a lot. CJ's Zergs were 16-29 on the full season. BIG pickup for CJ. Grats for both sides.

Great pick up for CJ
We see this nearly every time a team disbands, " no, we're totally not disbanding, everything is fine! " followed by silence then news of the team dying/players jumping ship.

Yea but it doesn't seem like its usually the same people saying it. More like coach Kang would say they aren't while everyone jumps ships.
I'm still hoping for a "generation II" IM kind of like TSL did

Great pick up for CJ
I believe he must of said that before he actually learned of the fact that they are gonna dissband
Wow - normally I'm super happy for the player when the get picked up by a team, but this is even better news for CJ fans! Gratz CJ on the great pickup!
Hmm, ByuL was certainly pretty solid, but I think it's pretty unavoidable that we'll see less of him now in Proleague, and certainly no longer in ace matches. CJ just has more higher level players to chose among than IM did.
This is unless, of course, he steps up in skill following the trade, so...ByuL fighting!
I guess this means that there'll be a next season of proleague for sure.
When this season started and I heard the sponsor was SKT, I really thought that was one big charity gift by SKT and it could be the last proleague.
Happy to be wrong, cause I think proleague is the best sc2 content out there by faaaar. (I'd rate GSL higher, but these days I feel there's so few GSL matches to watch. They are few and far between.)

This year's proleague also saw them charging a subscription fee to get source/high quality? Also there seems to be more ads from mainstream brands and products. Seems like they are really trying to find sustainable ways to keep Proleague around other than just being sponsored by big companies. I think playing in the Nexon Arena really helps bring back some legitimacy to the scene compared to Sindorim before this.
Damn Byul was mine and many peoples prime pick for round 4 in fantasy. He tore it up in round 3. Great news for him to be going to a more stable team. He deserves the recognition. Hope for an even better season for him next season! Gogo Byul and CJ Entus!

assuming skill level stays roughly where it is now, byul will likely play every match.
Very happy to hear about this. ByuL was IM's best player for pretty much all of 2014 and most of 2013. Glad to be seeing more of him.
Great pickup for CJ too! No offense to Hydra or EffOrt but ByuL is automatically their best Zerg and third-best player behind herO and Bbyong.
And it was confirmed weeks ago on this forum by SPL people that there will be another Proleague, so that's no surprise.
P.S. Hopefully this puts to rest the silly "Dear signed with Samsung but they're not allowed to announce it yet" stuff. Obviously there' no restriction on announcing player pickups.

It was confirmed in round 2 or early round 3 that KeSPA, SpoTV and partners were very happy with ProLeague this year and were looking forward to next years.
Proleague, in my opinion, is more fun to watch than GSL. I only keep up with GSL and watch the semis/finals, other than that, unless our lord and savior Lee Young-Ho, is playing, I dont watch.
Proleague is much better for teams, sponsors, and corporations in Korea, too.

MFW the guy that goes 2-0 against maru and takes out Flash and TY isn't talented
No doubt effort is a good player, but he isn't up to par with his other match ups, he's a BEAST in ZvT though.
Actually if you look at his Aligulac match records, the matchup EffOrt's a beast in is ZvZ. His ZvZ win rates are far, far above his other matchups. His ZvT against Koreans in offline matches is only barely above 50% (though he has done very well in that matchup recently).
This is awesome for everyone. Byul secures a safe contract within a good environment, CJ gains a valuable zerg player, hydra and Effort need to pick up and start practising more to regain their spots on the lineup!
Amazing pick up here. My allegiance has always been in the balance. Maru or herO; Jin Air or CJ. This pick up is so smart that it's enough to sway me over. CJ hwaiting, etc. etc.
Proleague is so great to watch, it makes me wish that continental team leagues for Europe and the Americas existed. I know, I know, the logistic hurdles are so much higher because the areas are so much larger but... I can dream can't I?

Now that deserves to be called a sick pick up! (I feel like the phrase is used a little bit too often) Glad that ByuL found a new team! One of the best zergs out there with a great future as long as he gets supported.
Had a feeling ByuL was going to join a Kespa team. He seems much more concerned about playing in Korean and especially SPL. At least his skills won't degrade on a foreign team, as I really like his play.
Sad for IM though. This is pretty much lights out at this point. If they kept ByuL for a couple more months maybe they'd of at least won another premiere event this year. :/
