Today, we have good news about CJ ENTUS Starcraft2 team. That is, we just got a new Zerg player – Ragnarok! For those of you who’ve been waiting for it, we are happy to announce our new member! Please welcome him warmly, thanks!
>> Hello, this is Ragnarok, the new member of CJ ENTUS. I’m playing Zerg. I had been playing game as a pro-gamer without joining any team, and now I finally found the right place! I am truly happy to be part of CJ ENTUS. I will do my best to achieve the team’s victory, so please give me your support and love. Thank you!
I wonder what they offered him, I remember him saying in interviews he didn't want to join a team. CJ definitely needed a zerg though, so they probably were willing to throw money around

He was looking for a team since he won the 2nd Hong Kong eSports tournament. I was on the ground and watching the live tourney when he won.
Nice. CJ definitely benefits from an extra Zerg. Wonder if he'll be seen in Proleague. Byul is pretty damn good and the rest of the lineup is solid, so unless there are two maps that are very good for Zerg I doubt it.

To late for this round as the rosters are locked in but he should be able to compete in the next round!
I knew CJ wasn't going to stay with only one Zerg (: Grats Ragnarok, hope he will be a solid player in PL. Btw since I'm not familiar with his play, anyone knows what are his strongest and weakest matchups?

Hard to know for sure since he's been quiet for awhile. In the past though he's been by far the weakest against Protoss (like all TSL zergs). He's probably best in ZvZ.
Also not a stranger to nydus play and roaches. Not really a fan of hive tech. It's a TSL thing.
In all likelihood, the ByuL/Bbyong/herO trinity isn't going anywhere. Ragnarok could make a decent 4th player in the near future though.

Oh thanks, I forgot he was a TSL Zerg. Yeah I think that he is a nice potential fourth player, maybe not this round because maps suck for Zerg, but depending on the maps next round he could be in rotation with sKyHigh/Hush.
Good to see all of the ex-TSL guys doing well, they were my fav team when I started watching SC2. Polt and Hyun and Revival in the international scene, Symbol on Jin Air hopefully regaining some form, will be cool so see him in Proleague when he's in shape. Center on MVP and now Ragnarok on CJ to bolster their Z lineup. Best of luck to him.

Based of the records of those two last season I'd say it was a net gain. Gumiho was the real loss
But EffOrt and Hydra were the legacy factor. Also how can you not love EffOrt after that PL win against Maru?
I liked Effort way back when he played that epic game against DRG on Tal'Darim. I expected him to be the best Zerg to switch over from Kespa. Time and time again though, he burned me.

Aren't you forgetting a certain ex-TSL player
Yeah, poor Shine. Guy should change his ID or something, he's often forgotten in favor of the better Shine.
