I have been living under a potato for a while - reaction to what? Source?

I'm so glad Wheat brings up the same point I've always had. The people who "come back for the money" or are "in it for the money from the start" couldn't possibly actually get "the money" from SCII. Its from their full time jobs. People get into the scene because they fucking love to be here. The money is just a nice bonus

I remember the old days when he would shoutcast Quake 3 and UT2003/4 games, solo casting some of the UT2003 ones himself for QuadV I think it was.
Good luck to him.

I love djwheat, but the guy interviewing him was making me cringe so hard with his terrible drama lama questions that i had to stop it 25 minutes in.

Will watch later when I get home from work.... You don't happen to have a TL;DR bullet point do you? djwheat not in it for the money djwheat loves sc2 casting almost as much as he loved quake 3 casting djwheat got a bit burnt out and busy as he is a fulltime twitch employee with actual responsibilities, people should not assume him casting less = him caring less about a game, any game not just sc2 lol of course it's about money, look at the timing. as LotV beta is about to launch and there's bound to be opportunities, he decides to get back in touch with the starcraft community. I don't blame or dislike him for it, but it's pretty obvious. do you think casting a live event is good money or something? or twitch ad revenue? lol... these guys are professionals outside of this game, they often make more money by NOT doing sc2 and instead continuing work on their own enterprises. They do it because they like the game and community, ungrateful as we can be....
you don't think he's paid well for blizzcon? or whatever LotV launch events blizzard has planned? are you really that naive..

Wheat also stopped doing shows with itmeJP due to his twitch.tv obligations. He really seems to be pretty busy at the moment. I've not always liked "Inside the EG", but overall, Wheat is a great guy who has been in the gaming industry for a very very long time. You just have to respect this man.
