I present to you - the one and only - TSL3 Simulation.
It's a google spreadsheet. You can modify the player data in the "Base_Data"-sheet to your liking(before anyone complains about the current data, it was randomly generated and does not represent my personal view of the player's strengths). When you're done press the "Run Simulation"-button in the bottom right. Wait till the script has finished(it may take a while) and change to the "Simulation"-sheet to view your results.
Keep in mind, this is for fun and I didn't aim for realism. I was bored and looking for sth. to toy around with. The algorithm is the result of trial and error and not thought through. If you're interested, check the script, but let me warn you, the code isn't pretty. This is my first "contact" with JavaScript and i shamelessly copied from the google tutorials.
Enjoy

edit: I enormously underestimated the destructive power of the internet. I will revoke editing rights for the moment. until I implemented more protection.
@fabiono thanks, i didn't know there was a TSL forum
Maybe a moderator can move the thread there, would be great, thanks.
edit 2:
I'm trying to protect the spreadsheet from vandalism. In the meantime you can make a copy of the Spreadsheet(File --> Make a copy) and edit as you like.
edit 3:
I experimented a bit with time triggered events to reset the sheet, but i don't think it's a solution. Therefore I locked the player sheet as well. You need a google account to use the spreadsheet now. Sry, but i don't see another way. Click on the link above and make a copy of the spreadsheet("File" --> "Make a copy"). You can freely edit your copy. If you never used google script before, you will get an authorization request the first time you run a simulation. Authorize the script and you are ready to go. Note that the script doesn't run on your computer, it runs on google's servers. That's the reason why it is quite slow. You can have a look at the script in the "Script Editor" located in the "Tools" menu under "Scripts".

I made some major changes. It now deserves the name "Simulation". Before it would calculate a lot of numbers, but didn't tell you actual results. I put the "Bracket" sheet to some use.
Clicking the "Run Simulation" Button now really simulates the tournament outcome and writes the winner of each match to the "Bracket" sheet.
Additionally i made some speed improvements. If you don't change any data, the simulation should run faster, because it utilizes the calculated Data from before.
