Thank you for such an amazing tournament, I hadn't been this excited for something for such a long time. Amazing production, amazing casting and talk about a set of intense finals, jesus fuck i almost fell off my chair and had a heart attack.
So yeah, thank you to everyone that organized this for us, seriously. EDIT: Figured it would be worth mentioning Hot_Bid, the observer. You maginificent bastard, never missed a single second of action. You're like the silent third commentator :D
Thank you TSL for allowing ThorZaIN and Kas to shine like they did, thank you for giving us such amazing games by amazing players, thank you. I only hope the TSL4 will be better.
I thought Day9's solo casting in a tight spot on game 7 was really well done. Imagine if the solo-cast couldn't live up to the quality/tension of the game at that time of the series; it would have been a real shame.
Thanks TL for putting the event up, and to PokerStrat for their sponsorship. Hope you all entered into the draw!
Veeeeeery nice tournament. I really felt the positive difference with this tournament. You can just feel the commitment and the community behind this tournament.
And next to that, awesome games and really nice hype for these upcoming stars. Well, they are stars already now. 60k+ viewers
Seven games all packed with excitement, congratulations ThorZain! You have won the TSL3 Crown, and made a big name for yourself (and ALOT of money). Those-- THESE games in the TSL3 have been AMAZING. Looking forward to TSL4! WHEN IS IT??
Huge thanks to everyone involved in TSL 3, the first tournament I've ever really followed and a mindblowing one. That final series was about as epic and intense as it could've been -- plenty of replay value. Bring on TSL 4!
Thank you. A million times thank you. Seriously. ONE MILLION TIMES. This has been such an epic tournament, kinda sad that it is over. Can't wait for TSL4. NERDTEARS!!
on another note- Thank You team Liquid and all staff/volunteers. This was an absolutely fantastic tournament. You guys picked excellent casters, organized the tournament very well, and ran it smoothly. Thanks for pokerstrategy for sponsoring and to ustream for hosting the show.
Thanks for the tournament that will be in my mind for the rest of my SC2 - playing memory. Gz to ThorZain and bad luck to chill. And a second thanks to everyone involved in the running in this tournament!
Amazing tournament, watched every game and loved it. The only bad side was almost giving Day9 a heartattack in the last game. He just graduated, it'd be tragic if he keeled over then D:

Hey Chill! Just relax, it wasn´t that bad. Unfortunately - Yes, but everyone knows that you did all you could to provide a smooth stream. Shit happens, but you did a great job casting!
I want to thank everyone who was involved with this great tournament. It was presented so nicely. Great quality and a great design overall!!
This so-called "tsl" tournament thing was kinda the most boring and rubbish event I've ever watched.
Just kidding! This was AWESOME, from the TL open qualifiers to the epic bo7 finals. Once again, TL staff delivered. This TSL3 was the best foreigner tournament to date. Also kudos to Naniwa for getting 2nd place and congratulations to Thorzain, his name is now inscribed in the sc2 Hall of Fame.
edit; thanks to Pokerstrategy.com, personally I don't play online poker but I love you.
Don't worry at all about it man. No one can predict lag like that, and i doubt it affected the game that much! TSL3 has made me a huge fan of your casting, im so glad you and day9 was casting the finals, my favourite two casters for sure (closely followed by tastosis!). Also, like someone already said, all that chat and stuff was 99% not hate, just a new (and totally awesome) meme.
Ot: Ive already written this in various other threads in the last few minutes, but here it goes again. Thank you so much, teamliquid.net/pokerstrategy.com/the players for the most amazing tournament i've watched to date. From the qualifiers all the way to the finals, this has brought me incredible entertainment. <3<3<3
Just want to express my thanks for making this tournament absolutely awesome in every possible way.The finals were some of the most awesome games i have ever seen. The casters made it even better. <3 Day9 and Chill.
Big Gz to ThorZaIN, indeed a new star has been born in this TSL.
Could not have asked for a better final series and overall awesome tourney!
Special Thanks to Team Liquid and Pokerstrategy.com guys, you rock for bringing this to the community, and a big thank you to Day9 and Chill with awesome casting during the Grand Finals! Especially Day9 when he had to go solo, my heart was pounding those last crucial minutes - it was just SO intense!
You guys have set the bar for hosting a tourney like Star Wars set the bar for movie making - well done!
This caliber of entertainment doesn't happen overnight. So a H U G E thank you, to all those involved: The many hidden hands responsible organizing the event, making it look polished, professional, but not soulless! The sponsor(s) for the funding the event, while not being greedy with plugs and adverts! The wonderful casters who brought their humor, insight, and palpable passion to the games. And of course a big thank you and congratulations, to all the players who participated in this awesome tournament.
I had to register simply to thank you all for putting this together.
I could not leave my computer for the duration of the finals, especially the second half of the games. My dinner burnt to a black crisp as a result, but it was well worth the epicness.
Thanks to the wonderful staff and admins that made this tournament possible. The entire tournament was simply incredible. It was handled very professionally. I'm very happy to have partaken in the experience.
Congratulations to ThorZaIN! It was an amazing run. You turned me into a fan despite knocking out Tyler.
Holy crap that was so awesome and intense. Game 7 is probably the most pressure-filled PvT I've ever watched. So amazing. When Chill had to go and day9 was left alone to do it and he went into crazy caster god baller nerd mode it was amazing, some of the best casting I've ever seen him do. Amazing tournament!
OMG I waited for this whole week, and FORGET IT around 19.00 (started at 20.00 in my timezone). DAMN YOU Portal2, now i have to watch from vods...
Also, agree with title: THANKS for the TSL, it was great, very-very good organizing, nice casters (except day9, but whatever), and most of all: exceptional players.
Great, epic games, awesome commentating, good tournament structure. Thanks to all people who made this happen, thanks to Pokerstrategies.com for being an awesome sponsor. This was huge!
Thank you TeamLiquid for an amazing tournament with exciting matches, great casting and barely any hiccups. It was more than a worthy successor to the 2 BW TSLs and I'm very much looking forward to TSL4!
By very far my favorite SC2 tournament ever. Thorzain's win, along with Day9's account of his difficult path right after, actually put water in my eyes. What a hero!
Yes - thanks all the TL team for putting together a great tournament and great production! Can you start hyping tsl4 now? Without the hype, there is something missing in my life.
Absolutely. Most fun I've had in ages, and the finals tied the Effort Flash MSL finals back in the day in terms of screaming yelling fainting and hype!
Absolutely amazing, I honestly can't believe I followed a tournament for months, might be the first one since SC1, just so used to the SC2 format where everything is done in a day.
I'd like to drop a thanks here too, this was by far the most exciting tournament to watch, every series was good and the finals was just awesome and super tense, never been so on the edge of my seat.
Thanks to all casters, Day9, Wheat, Chill, Husky, you all did a great job.
Definitely an EPIC tournament! Amazing games and commentary, way exceeded my wildest expectations which were high to begin with! TY guys so much. TL is the best site on the internet.
I'm typing this while recovering from the finals party we had last night lol. Grats Thorzain!
Just wanted to say what an amazing tournament this was, making me remember the good ol times with TSL 1-2 (and the good ol half an hour delay ^^) and hoping for an even more amazing TSL 4
Thank you people who made this possible and thank you TL for beeing so awesome
finals couldn't have been more intense and Day9 is the best man, that was an epic cast, he seems to see every little thing that happens in the game. and thorzain made TSL3 pure epicness. what a tournament, ty tl.
great tournament, and rlly loved hotbid observing, it makes watching games so much better if there's a calm observer who catches nearly everything happening, even marking things the casters didn't mention
oh.. my.. god.. just watched the finals on youtube. really really incredible games & casting. i almost had a heart attack at the final game! havent seen such epicness in a long long time! thank you so much teamliquid and everyone involved.
where can i donate to make TSL4 happen tomorrow? :D
Excellent games. The first and the last in particular were just baller. Big thank-you to all participants, and congrats in particular to everyone who made it to the RO8; you have proved that you can take games from the best of the best.
Thank you very much Teamliquid and all participants of the tournaments for filling my summer vacation days with epicness and excitement. Very nice production. Epic matches through every round. Best finish to a tournament that I've seen in SC2.
Thanks for TSL3 and I hope that TSL4 will be here soon.
Finals were strang. Thorzain won all matches that I watched, and lost all that I had to skip (imagine my surprise when I got back to watching finals and it was 1:3!) But all matches from 5-7 were so AWESOME!
Fantastically close final, final set had me edge of my seat heart racing moment (thanks to Day9 for giving me my OWN heart palpatations!) as I've only just managed to watch it. ThorZain a total boss.
Thank you for such a great tournament, you had great casting teams and it was fantastic to see so many different casting duo’s do so well together, plus almost every set was so even and so close, which always makes for the best games.
Thanks to TL and all the casters that took time out of their daily lives to give us all such a good time. excellent job by Hot_Bid he was just as if not better then any of the Korean pro observers.
Yeah, this tournament made all similar attempts seem mediocre. Everything from stream quality, to hype, casting, access to coverage (VOD's up sooo fast), competitor line up, production and even observing skills in-game, was simply flawless.
TSL3 has been the best reason for me, to be into SC2 so far. Keep it up, and pat your own backs, for a job well done.

I have to second this. Very well put. Great job TL!
I just have to mention that Day9 is a beast at casting. Accompanied by Chill made a great cast. AMAZING GAMES, I couldn't believe that a SC2 game could be this entertaining... such incredible casting and such incredible play by both players.
I'll be orgasmically chilling to my euphoric visions of E-sport's future for the next few days.
