1) select OV and press unload all (hotkey D in the standard hotkey setup) then select the point you want to drop 2)select another OV and press unload all at another location. Optionally you can hold shift and right click another location so your OV will move there after he is done unloading units. By shift queing drops he just means giving the OV some commands (while holding shift) and then finally telling it to unload as a final command (still holding shift).

I don't think that can be queued, since it's a drop command given during the execution of a move command, and not one done on the completion of anything. (Select drop hotkey, click on the transport itself while moving). Unless the drop command and a new move command that are queued start together and both work, which perhaps someone can confirm?

I tried shift clicking units individually, shift clicking the move order, shift+D, then shift clicking units again, however after the unload all, it only rallies to the selected unit, it doesn't pick it up. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just not possible?

As this fine poster mentioned, the way to drop units as the transport is moving is to issue a unload command, and click on the transport itself. This command can only be issued when the transport is above ground, so you can't issue the command before arriving at a possible drop zone. The way to do it is to shift queue a move command to where you want to start dropping units, then while holding shift hit the unload all hotkey (D on standard setup) and click the transport, and whilst still holding shift click the path you want the transport to move as it unloads. That should do it.

This forces the banelings to explode and the marauders tank most of the damage, leaving your other forces (Marines and tanks) to take out everything else along with the surviving marauders. I might be wrong, but that was what I thought was called the "Drewbie Drop". I think that's the Stalife Drop.

Hehe, Sockfolding... :p And to answer the OP like a few already have, its when you shift-D-click on the transport itself, then shift-rightclick another destination. From the point in the transports queue that it's ordered to unload it will do it while traveling to the next destination that you queued up cause you ordered the unload on the transport itself.

EDIT: d*mn, too late Need to work on my TL Forum APM You may take my life, but you can never take my Sockfolding! The Drewbie drop just sounds like normal dropping. That's one of the things I looked forward to in SC2, people doing attacks at 5 places at the same time because macro is so much easier and it frees up apm to do interesting stuff.

I can't think of any commands you can't que. If you want to do multiple drops at the same time send a medivac/warp prism/overlord(OV) to the location with the final order being a drop. You could just tell the OV to do a drop in a location instead so it would look something like thisI'll use OV since I'm a zerg player but the method is the same for all races) 1) select OV and press unload all (hotkey D in the standard hotkey setup) then select the point you want to drop 2)select another OV and press unload all at another location. Correct, this is because you can't put the resources in limbo.
