It's pretty much not even 2nd anymore, but that's what it started out as years ago. That is what I am getting from it. Abilities scores, saving throws, thief table, and the (at one time optional) weapon and non-weapon proficiencies seem straight from 2nd. Things fall apart with the lack of THAC0 and AC improving in the wrong direction. Makes combat more intuitive for those who started in the 3rd/d20 era of gaming. | ||
