Hey all, for those of you who don't know me, my name is EJK, I am a 'notable' North American Terran Player.
As a high level player, I enjoy sharing what I have learned through my own practice, but lately the more I improve my skill level, the more out of sync I feel being able to explain these advanced concepts the lower leagues.
With that said, I am just looking for some ideas on how I can be able to express the strategic depth that I see through my own eyes so that it can be known to someone who isn't even aware that it was happening.

Just have to break it down into smaller chunks. Taking math for example sometimes what you see is something that you see is very simple, but in reality a calculus concept. While you can essentially explain a simple concept, the lower leagues are like 3rd graders that only know basic multiplication.
This is where your syncing issues occur, as the base foundation for the knowledge is missing, whether it be macro or micro elements. So think more from the bottom up to what your trying to explain.
At least this works for my viewers. Well what few I actually have =P

Following the previous post, try making 5 or 10 minutes videos and forcing you to respect the time. You can still pick ONE concept, and go in depth with the time you have. And then, as you make more videos you'll cover each interesting aspect of the game, so someone who wants intel on a specific thing can just watch the right video.

what is the trade off between videos/writing an article?
Maybe record some matches of yours and go through them slowly describing your thought process in as much detail as possible, like this Quake III video:
If what you're wanting to do is help breakdown concepts for lower league players then you need to be able to understand the perception of a lower league player. From what I know you've not been a noob at the game for a long time so you will struggle to empathize with low leagues.
My advice would be to talk to a variety of people and to get as many different views on certain concepts, so that you can more easily simplify the analysis of these concepts.
If I were you I would take up coaching. I feel there is only so much you can say through typing or posting VODs. I feel at a high level the specifics are too complex to not say vocally or show while in game together. Of course its far from impossible to get your point across. Just easier this way... my 2 cents.
I try and post on strategy forum for help your trying to give, but I dont post a replay, so they get deleted. High level players can be good at the game but get shut down by bronze league humans sitting on a forum all day making sure someone doesn't break a contradictory, inconsistent, nonsensical rule.

Do a step-by-step guide for an all-in or other easy to execute strategy that is very effective for the amount of effort required to execute it. Most players do not give a shit about game balance or game theory or build orders or any bullshit concepts of "strategic depth" unless they actually get to win consistently.
One of the biggest problems with Starcraft 2 strategy guides is that they focus on concepts that are only relevant to high-level players. They also look down on strategies that are easily countered by higher-level players but are disproportionately effective against lower level players. We should be focusing on these cheap strategies so players not only get a taste of victory but also get used to them so much that they stop being cheap.

One thing I've learned about making videos is that perfection is achieved not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to remove. Don't be afraid to edit your videos liberally. Also, focus on the core message and do not ramble unless you are entertaining to watch or already have a large audience. Day9's style would not work for someone just starting because no one would give a fuck about what some random stranger on the Internet is rambling about.

Ramble ramble ramble.... ramble.. I just think a little repetition and try to have fun.
Just as an example of what people have already suggested, replay analysis and overall heuristics pertaining to maps, map layouts, map positioning and builds, etc.
