I'm hyped since release of Remastered, and I play quite a lot. I can see, that my mecanics improved a lot during this time, but I'm still loosingn a lot. On my main account i managed to dop from ~1750 to 1450 in 2 days. So, I feel like the worst as for now is my PvT. This game was pretty close i think: http://bwreplays.com/rtzfq
A bit of explanation - when i saw he's fast expading i decided to go DT's that was pretty succsesfull i think, but I'm not sure about gas steal in this situation - it don;t really help DT's. Then game gone standard, and I have no idea what was wrong despite my Arbiter control. But how the duck I'm supposed to use them - if i send them first to froze tanks before army arrives they'll die to goliaths. If I send all togheter, all died. So I'll be grastfull for any tips, particulary on arbiter control, but on this game and PvT in general as well. I can also send more reps if anyone is willing to help, but I thought that one will be enogh for now.

I'm a terran and fairly new myself, but from what I saw (cannot point specific timings and details) there seemed to be two major themes in that game:
First, you should have outexpoed him way earlier, he practically ceded map control to you and was content to sit on his 3rd for longer than he should have; then, when he took his 4th, he still turtled behind the double bridges. You could've had half the map by then, and you had quite the bank. Even your third was late. With some more gateways in the top left main you could've remaxed earlier after each fight and starved him out, besides getting a nice positional advantage. I don't think you ever saturated those bases. Even so, the game was much closer than I would have expected, because he refused to expand anywhere beyond the 3 and 6 bases and you killed the 3 o'clock one. Then suddenly you were out of resourses and died (after having a good exchange at the 3 o'clock again and getting flamed for your trouble) despite having more of the map.
Second, you picked bad fights in bad spots, besides the lack of control. I saw more than once a thin line of protoss troops streaming into a nice concave tank line. The second recall - the one at his natural - was a waste, too. You recalled when he was in front of the same base, you want to recall to keep him honest and prevent him from pushing. That recall served no particular purpose. The first one wasn't too good either, but at least he lost his cc to fire afterwards.
The arbiter control you allude to is probably due to bad hotkey setups or something, protoss players will surely tell you more about it. The terran shouldn't have had as many goliaths anyway, I think, these were overkill. I suppose you just group an arbiter with a chunk of army and as you engage with 4-5 control groups, you select each arbiter individually and stasis several groups of tanks behind the first line. I think if you stasis too much it's not actually a good thing, because when they thaw up, you'll have a sizable force you have to deal with.
Anyway, these are the words of a terran newbie. I'm pretty sure you'll get much more detailed advice and analysis from the forum regulars.
We could play sometime, too, if I have any free time; I would love to improve on my TvP anyway. Best of luck!

First of all, thanks for fast anwser! Yeah, what you've said about expoing seems to be right, I think I was too confident with this DT kills, and becouse of that i become lazy . So I'm gonna work on that too, and hopefully I can fix that quite easily, I think I'm expoing better while playing standard goon expand, so that's propably just question of false self-satisfaction. But engaging Terran is a mystery for me, since if I won't fight and I'll get slowpushed - I mean i feel like recalling into his bases isn't enough, becouse he'll max out slower becouse of economical loses, but he will, and maxed out terran beats maxed out protoss in fight i guess. So if u know anything about that from terrans perspecitve it'll be very helpfull i think. And sure, it'll be great to have some pracitce games, I'm in CET zone, and I'm using this account from rep as for now.

I'm not much higher ranked than you (1750), but pvt is my best matchup so I feel like I can give some advice.
Start by expanding faster. Circuit Breaker is a map that can lead to a map split. Most terrans don't do this, but T does have the option to not max push and purely aim for a map split first, which if they get it favours terran since they are more efficient trading. You should expand faster, taking either your or the opponent's second main (and eventually both). You don't need that many cannons at your second nat, just 2-4. You should also build a set of gateways at your second main, so you have a chance even if your main falls, and so you can make units+hts on the high ground when the opponent is sieging that base.
Before you hit max you should be using your dragoons actively to clear mines on the map. Also good to clear mines on expansion locations to prevent vision.
Arbiters are your tools for making strong tactical plays. Try to have an chain of arbiters alive and gaining energy so you have those options. Most terran's mains will be vunerable, try all the angles and look for openings. Both expos and the main are very good targets for recalls, it just depends on the situation.
It's extremely important to have good macro anytime you are remaxing after a 200/200 fight or a recall. Whenever you don't have full supply you are vunerable to straight pushes. Get Khaldrian amulet and use HT's + gateway units to defend or stall the terran lategame. You can do a lot of damage to a terran who is attacking your cannon+pylon wall or is pushing up your ramp.
When taking a 200/200 fight, you need your full max army supply (it's no good if 20 of that supply is making in gateways). So just before the fight it's important to protect your zealots from being picked off by vultures. Always save a group of goons after a fight (unless you're getting insane value from them), otherwise you won't be able to contest the terran mining up the map with their reinforcing vultures.
You should have more observer vision. One in front of the terran's natural, one scouting, possibly one in their main, and 1 with each goon control group. You need vision of the terran's move out so you can gather your army up. It's also important to have goons in position to prevent vultures from laying mines super forward. Last point is that you should get your first obs out ASAP and send it straight to the terran's base to check their factory count so you adapt to your opponent and defend 4fac and 6fac. There may be turrets making it hard, but getting the scout off is worth your effort.
Edit: With arbiters, even if there are arbiters, you should still be able to freeze something before the arbiter goes down (freezing a bunch of golaiths is okay too). Sending in the arbiters from alternate angles usually helps vs golaiths and emp from science vessels. I have hotkeys 7-8 for arbiters, and I de-hotkey and send the low energy ones back to my natural so they don't get in the way.

Here's a practice map I made where you can fight vs a (slightly less than) maxed terran army. It's pretty annoying to play the first 15 minutes just to die cause you messed up the big engagement. You can get used to pre-spreading army (goons starting in front of zealots), 1a2a3a4a5a'ing reliably, statis and zealot splitting.

Thanks for tips on engaging! Definitely gonna try out this map you've posted, it's something I needed most I think.

Just wanted to say thanks for the map! Been using it and getting much more comfortable with engagements. I usually add a speed shuttle to practice zealot bombing too.
