That trick is both pretty cool and intensely BS. One of those things that when you're a new player and your opponent does stuff like that, you either think they are hacking somehow, or you're just very frustrated. I guess in this case the trick is seductive enough when you learn about it you feel like you just jumped up in skill.

But the actual utility of this bug is very limited because it takes quite some time to accurately shift click on the same spot to get this behavior. It is certainly useful for scourge that wait to intercept drops, but positioning them right in the first place also does the job (except for maybe speed shuttles).

1) Right click on a spot 2) Shift right click twice on a different spot 3) Wait for the unit to move to the final spot and stop on its own 4) Right click somewhere else and the unit should be at max speed right away What did I do wrongly?

1) Right click on a spot 2) Before the unit stops, shift right click twice on a different spot ensuring that both shift right clicks are precisely on the same pixel. 3) Wait for the unit to move to the final spot and stop on its own 4) Right click somewhere else and the unit should be at max speed right away
