1) This one I haven't seen since maybe 2001 or at least very long ago; it was an RPG map set in the Twilight tileset, pretty sure 256x256. It was only two players, one was a zealot and the other a high templar. Had really amazing design \ an actual story, real challenges and need to cooperate; the battles were really creative and forced you to make use of all your powers in interesting ways. Pretty sure it was the first map who used the idea of constantly recharging shields as one of the warrior's spell, as well as units starting with lower % of full HP; at least I had never seen that idea before this map, then everyone started doing it. Anyone remember this \ know what it's called??
2) This one I played more recently, maybe 5-6 years ago. It was a sniper PvE type map but with more RPG elements. Lots of attention to design detail, many triggered events, puzzles. Jungle tileset. The first boss was infested kerrigan I believe; it was maybe my favorite RPG-ish map I've ever played, but I think it was still a work in progress and incomplete. I think one of the levels was set in a cave and your ghosts were blinded so you would come up against enemies. Later level had mech stuff like goliaths?
If you're familiar with either of these lemme know! Would love to try to find them again.
