I wonder how people can assimilate zipping off his trousers as "molesting". This is highly exagerated. Even though his attentions weren't really good, he didn't go through with it and he didn't rape him. That's what getting molested is : getting raped.
The only embarrassing thing here is that loverip is a minor, whereas gundam ain't. Otherwise, this would just be an awkward attempt from one friend to another or something, but definitely not molesting.
I think one has to be a little bit skeptical this even occurred in the first place. Logically speaking, if one was sexually harassed or raped the thing you don't want to do is go talk about it on a blog or gaming website. A matter as serious as this HAS to be discussed with the proper authorities because it is a criminal manner and I think speaking about it publicly before talking to any type of law enforcement almost certainly undervalues the claim you are making.
It's been said on here before how much harassment Korean netizens put on people. Sangho had to quit progaming because of false rumor and many other have committed suicide. Think: what if this is a fabricated story because the kid is angry he was kicked out for performance reasons?
If this did happen I would like to see the guy face a criminal tribunal. If this in fact didn't happen, hopefully the guy is smart enough to hire lawyers and sue him for defamation.

If he was raped, the accusation would simply be "rape", not "molestation". Sexual molestation perfectly describes what allegedly happened here. Please go get your definitions straight.
Unbelievable that Idra. What a &$#@%^. You think you are a "badass". You play video games for a living. Good luck when you retire at 30 with no other job skills or education to make a living. 씨발

at least he saw the world, and did what he enjoyed for most of his working life. Compared to 99% of the population who sit at their desk and hate their job.

Oh does he really enjoy what he does? Does his rage have an answer to it? You might think playing video games for a living would be awesome, because you play video games as a hobby/escape from your actual career/socialize. But in the sense that you do an activity for countless hours a week and your salary depends on how well you play, I'm sure you'll see it differently. I'm sure there are medical doctors out there who, ENJOY what they do. And like most other careers you can stay at it for most of your entire life. Note: I'm sure Idra is a nice guy somewhat, and respect him for what he does. Its just his statement in this thread that was completely uncalled for. With his current stature in the community, he should be careful how he represents himself.

Wtf is wrong with you? Also you need to learn the definition of rage, because what IdrA does is not rage 99.5% of the time.
His "current stature" will be how he wants it to be. I think it makes him even more awesome because he doesn't give a shit about what people like you think, he just wanted people to laugh, and let me tell you, I laughed.
It sounds like you are jealous of him or something. I thought his joke was funny, not stop acting all tough.

Some 15 yo boy getting molested by someone he trusted. Idra think this is a good opportunity to show his humour.

what the hell is wrong with all of you, why is there a discussion on IdrA yet again on a wholly unrelated thread just because IdrA does something very IdrA-like for the billionth time? Basing everything completely on assumptions towards someone you barely know? Just leave IdrA be, it's clear he did something classically stupid and got temp-banned again this does not call for a minor debacle on who he is and what we should be thinking of his life.
Also why're people trying to define the nature of the crime when beyond the logistics of it someone has clearly exploited someone else, in this case, a teenager at a vulnerable stage in their life? The misguided ways people respond to stuff like this on teamliquid really puzzles and frustrates me..
One telling thing is the clan members are making it known who they are believing. It's fortunate the young man is able to stand up for himself, to an extent, and make this public.
Reality is most children, who are put in similar situations with an adult in a position of trust with them, are too scared to reach out for help in anyway. At 16 there is not a whole lot of world experience, understanding of emotions, and so on. A somewhat removed example would be the issues with the Catholic Church recently. Those mostly involved adults who, 10 or 20 years after they were molested, were then strong enough to come forward against the priests.
If this clan leader guy, or whoever he is, is guilty of what is claimed, I hope the authorities come down hard on him.

Except he wasn't molested. The guy -tried-, but nothing really happened.
That's horrible. The whole clan gets disbanded because of one gay molester (even if he was the leader). I'm sure there are plenty of WeRRa members who weren't involved in the situation and even unaware of it. Why do the other guys have to bear this responsibility...
just cause he was "almost" molested doesnt make the matter any better. and lol at the idrA comment dont take it too srsly i think he has a morbid sense of humor.
