the average max rank is regarding players' best rank of main race or what

It is with great regret that I wish to inform the players that indubitable evidence of rulebreaking has surfaced.
Two players have received warnings for revealing their main handles to someone else. Any further violations of this rule by both these players and others will be handled more seriously.
Please try to resist the urge to reveal your AKAs! The whole point of this league is the secrecy, and your honesty in this regard is highly appreciated. Thank you, GLHF!~
EDIT: I also want to point out that on the team page, if it says "OFFLINE" it doesn't mean that people are actually offline! For some reason, ICCup has not been updating the status of players so far this season.

It is easy to discover someone you know: by main, race by stile of plaing, by actual skill... But there shoud still not be a confirmation about that. It is kinda cool the fact you never know the strenght of your opponent :p

Is it possible to set a time for a meet-up? I have a randomly random friend maybe playing in this league, but everytime he joins ICCup randomly there is noone online.
Maybe you could set up a NA and a EU time, if there is a balance between those two regions.

For now, all I can say is that there are 2 issues:
1. Timezones (as you've noted) 2. Patience (people leaving soon after logging on)
What I'll be doing soon should help with both ^-^; Please stay tuned! It's late where I am right now so it'll be at least 1 sleep cycle later probably.

EDIT: I want to make it clear that random tournaments operate independently of random events and random minievents, although random tournaments are a potential result of the former.

VibratorDefinitionEtymology: First used in 1862, it naturally meant "that which vibrates," and conveniently originates from the Latin verb "vibratile". In 1888 this word was ascribed to multiple devices (one of which being an oscillator for a sewing machines). The word first took on a sexual connotation in 1953 when it was associated with battery-operated devices for sexual stimulation. This time period marked a time of post-WWII optimism, which in turn led to the liberal "hippie" movement of the 60's. This invention was very controversial at the time but its presence was also a sign of the changing times. MustachioDefinition: a mustache. Etymology: Most sources point to the mid-16th century as the time of origin for this variant of the word, originating in Spain. Before Spain, the previous carriers of the word being Italian (mostaccio), although all of these words are derivative of the Doric Greek (time period) word "mystax". The root of this word is "mystak-" which means upper lip or, as you may have guessed, mustache. TemptressDefinition: a woman who tempts, entices, or allures. Etymology: The word is commonly cited to have been first used in the late 16th century in England. Its immediate predecessor is "tempter" which when capitalized was a common alias for Satan. This word came into use somewere in the 14th century, which gained favor over the Middle English "temptour". As with many words, it was originally a Latin word, "temptator" (although its roots originate from the time when Latin was already in its decline). ViscountDefinition: a nobleman, immediately under an earl or count and immediately above a baron. Commonly took the roll of sheriff. Etymology: First used in the latter half of the 15th century, as the feudal system began to expand in response to the increasing population of post-plague Europe. With the rising need for lesser servants of the various kingdoms to do their lord's bidding onto a growing populace, the title of "Viscount" was created as an additional non-royal class. Its roots lie in French's "visconte" (or more recently, "vicomte"), which again is preceded by Latin's prefix "vis" (vice) + "counte" (count).

*** UPDATE ***1. Added random event: " 12. Random player revealed to be playing in the tournament; no alias revealed." 2. I put in some hard labor and recorded when each game was played so far (we now have over 100 games played!). The results are as follows: *Note: Hour 1 is 0:00 - 1:00 KST, 2 is 1:00 - 2:00, etc. Please remember that 0:00 KST (GMT +9:00) is 15:00 GMT (+00:00) your time! Hopefully this will help people catch others online to find games ^^; Remember that you can PM people on ICCup's website to try to arrange games as well. GLHF!

Sorry for not paying attention to the rules o.o
I was wondering why B- ranked players had average records and only 1 person had a really good record.
Now I know 17-2 is just insane. I really wonder who that is, Sziky maybe? :D

Miniupdate: Congratulations to [RSL]Cypher, who got to D+, after registering only 19 hours ago, playing a total of 11 games! Wow! He is our second D+ after [RSL]Barmaid.
Matchlist
It seems like people are thirsty
Miniupdate 2!: I also want to congratulate [RSL]Automata for getting the third D+ with a record as impressive!

Miniupdate:
Hours since ladder began: 107 Number of players: 44 Number of players who have played games: 30 Number of games played: 126
Thank you goes out to everyone who has signed up and everyone who has played! You guys really made a dream of mine come true and I can't wait until I get my hands on those rep packs!!
EDIT: I want to make it clear that if no more than ~35-40 players play, it will be Ro16 instead of Ro32 as the first step of the tournament. Gotta give additional motivation for people to play, look for games, and play more in order to make the top ~50%!
As a sidenote, I want to say that I am very happy that sign-ups continue to come in and that people are expressing interest in this league. Keep it up! Tell your friends ^^; But don't tell them your alias!

I hate to say this, but 30 players playing about 120 games comes out to an average of 4 games in about 4 days. :\
Come on guys, get in that RSL channel and play!
