Ever wanted to be progamer and live in team house?

Might I suggest you require a video in the application, if you're interested in being careful about what kind of personalities you want to be mingling together.
Also, thank you so much for your contributions. Damn I wish i was rich ;;
Edit: The only "downside" is that the majority of people who are interested would have to probably move far away from home. Though I'm sure some would like moving far away!
@OP: Might you include more information on how much you expect of the players and such (do they have a "trial period", how you gauge improvement, etc), so as to lessen the amount of applications that don't interest you ^^
I feel like this is a very big thing, I'm sure you can handle it, but I hope it all goes smoothly. Just in case you might want to get some legal shit like contracts going on, but you may have already considered that.
Make sure any contracts are very clear, get a lawyer to look at them, and make sure you fulfil all obligations under that contract no matter what happens. Almost all new team efforts end up in drama over who didn't pay whom and who promised whom what.
You said enthusiasm is the key criteria. That is appropriate for a fun project, but would players who wish to make a career out of this really go for that? You should consider both a player's marketability and performance when making a decision. There are few foreign players with the ability to place highly at notable tournaments, and even fewer have ever progressed from being outside that group to inside. Truly developing players from unknowns to winners is rare to nonexistent, so consider your strategy carefully.

I do, but I don't want to move to Czech Republic .
Good luck and I hope this is legit!
Then you don't want it enough!
GO FOR IT! :D
What Ognis said. I would be comfortable getting up and moving anywhere out of my country if it meant a place where I could sit down and just focus on practice, practice and practice.

Can you provide some sort of validation? There have been too many players getting screwed over by organisations lately.
What kind of validation would a guy with a lot of money and a house he's not using have? He doesn't have any background with this at all. He's hoping to build from the bottom.
