The ending was so-so. : \ I thought it was a bit unrealistic that the head could be mistaken for someone else. Who wouldn't look at a head to confirm identity? yeah it's probably a bloody mess hard to check, but still it make no sense not to. With regards to seemingly removing her then putting her back in, I had no issues with that— just the previously mentioned realism issue.

Season 1 was totally the best, but even if s2-4 were 'worse' i dont think it makes them 'bad'

I recently found out about this awesome show. I really enjoyed the premise, I love prison-themed movies and I the pilot seemed well-made. So naturally I was excited, but today I got to TPB to get some more episodes and I see there's 4 fucking seasons of it? So essentially I know they aren't going to break out for another 100 hours, or they are breaking out soon and then spend 3 more seasons to unveil the conspiracy. It seems like there's three approaches to television: 1. American approach: make a great show, let it run indefinitely as long as the cashflow keeps going and watch it become more shitty with every passing episode (The Office, The Simpsons, HIMYM etc.) 2. British approach: make a great show, kill it when it becomes stale (The Office UK, Sherlock, Extras, Peep Show...) 3. German approach: make a shitty remake of a good show you stole from American or British television, don't make an effort, people will watch it because they don't speak English and have no decent alternatives Could anyone explain in a spoiler-free fashion how they are filling 4 seasons of material in this show? I enjoyed the hell out of the first couple of episodes, but I don't want to get invested in something that turns to shit pretty soon.

Could anyone explain in a spoiler-free fashion how they are filling 4 seasons of material in this show? Ummm... that's kinda hard. In my opinion it gets worse and worse (especially after first season, there is a big drop in quality), but it turned out okay overall. I think it's still worth watching (f.e. I wouldn't recommend the same for Lost).

First season is the breakout, second season is the running. Then it becomes about weird and over the top conspiracy.

First season was brilliant imo and after that it was all money grabbing production like you expected. Go enjoy the first season (reminded me of Heroes's first season) if you truly liked prison-themed series/drama. HIMYM is fine imo, it is that type of 20+mins 'light' drama so I am usually fine with it and the quality of the show has been doing fine even after all thee years compared to the last two seasons of prison break.

Second season = Boring Third season = Worth watching Fourth season = So boring can't remember what happened My opinion is just watch the first season and think of the end of that as the end of the show, then you'd not get disappointed

Friends become enemies, enemies become allies, secret motivations are revealed, you know the drill. Seasons 2-4 can't hold a candle to season 1, but they aren't terrible either. At least they had enough cliffhangers to keep me excited. If you find you don't enjoy the show any more after season 1, by all means just stop watching and have no regrets.
