After thinking it a bit they do indeed seem like too strong atm to take part of this arc. The theories on Viola being one of them are pretty bad IMO... I mean she was in Kyros' flashback when she was 12... and remained on Dressrosa as the princess until the start of King Riku's flashback... and then she joined Doflamingo's crew and remained a part of it for 10 years. Was she secretly a part of Cipher Pol the first 12 years of her life before returning to Dressrosa to be the princess? If they're using the "I contacted the government and they'll help me" quote, she obviously lied to Sanji because she went to the royal palace to welcome Luffy right after Sanji left. ~_~

Will be interesting to see how Usopp puts his new haki to use once he has a better grasp of it. Probably to know where scary strong dudes are at so he can more effectively run away from them, heh. Not like that's a bad application for a sniper, though.

I really hope that Oda explains the lead thing, because I don't know which bad thing about Lead makes law so angry here. After all lead has many bad sides. I wonder if Law can really fight to his full potential like this. Looks as if he is shown to be injured so we don't overthink the fact that Law

Which indicates to me that there's likely a story behind it, which I am guessing will be revealed in the flashback. Doflamingo has many ways of killing the opponent, including string bullets, but he chose to shoot Law with bullets, perhaps to send a message of mockery? (relating to Law's past) Reminds me of how Diamante tried to shoot Rebecca with a gun like he did with her mother, just to be an asshole.

You don't need SSJ powers to actually defeat a strong opponent, trickery and creativity (from both the characters AND the mangaka) can be lethal as well. In any other Shonen Lysopp would have zero use, Bleach/Naruto/DBZ he would be worth nothing - in OP he defeats way way stronger people constantly without falling out of character at all.

If Usopp fights a tricky DF user he should have a tricky and smart ammunition type to fight them. Sometimes it won't work like his firebird star vs Caesar, but he'll still try and other times he'll have the perfect counter to that individual. Sure Usopp shot seastone handcuffs onto Caesar, but that's because they needed to capture him, if Usopp wins it should because he is smart not due to a "win vs all" type of bullet.

I don't think anyone has had vision to see through stuff, and i really don't see usopp dodging shit like luffy. We've seen this type of haki before. God Enel. The ultimate sniper who doesn't even need a line of sight to strike his opponents. Oda is setting up God Usopp vs God Enel.
